Nurpulaev looking to land some kicks to the body here.

Fransson pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Nurpulaev back to the cage. Fransson follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.

It looks like Sanzhar Nurpulaev has been cut.
Nurpulaev shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Fransson pinned against the cage. Fransson gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

It seemed like Sanchez was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Sanchez throws a looping overhand right but Faction ducks down to avoid it.

No joy there for Faction, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Joe County (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Doyle Hawk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hawk has chosen American Encore as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Doyle Hawk told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!
