The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fight stays on the outside here - Hogg looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Hogg wants to clinch but Boy slips to the side
enabling Boy to counter with a crisp jab.
Hogg moves in looking to clinch but Boy pushes him off.
Boy looked to counter with a high kick but didn't commit.
Boy swats away the attempt to clinch by Hogg.
Hogg tries to close the distance and clinch but Boy swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Boy was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Hogg is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Hogg gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Hogg scores with a nice hook to the head.
Boy doesn't land with the attempted body shot.

Hogg's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.

Hogg decides to stand back up. Hogg steps back and let's Boy get back to his feet.
Hogg wants to clinch.
Boy is looking to counter punch.

As Hogg backs away, Boy returns fire with a leg kick that just misses.

and Boy counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Hogg fails with an attempt to clinch.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Boy avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Hogg tries to clinch there but Boy circles away.
Boy is looking to counter with head kicks.
Hogg moves to clinch but Boy breaks away
letting Boy counter with a right hand.
Hogg tries to close the distance and clinch up but Boy swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Boy looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

and Boy counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Hogg moves into range and clinches up with Boy.
Boy has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Boy is looking to break free of the clinch but Hogg has double underhooks.
