The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Prevot clinches up with Byron and pushes him back against the cage.
Prevot can't break the clinch.

Byron is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Prevot can't fight it off and eventually Byron manages to take the fight to the floor. Prevot looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Prevot is pulling down on Byron's head to control his posture.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Byron accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Whitfield closes the distance and clinches up with Seven Nine Zero Four Two, looking for a takedown. Whitfield pushes Seven Nine Zero Four Two against the cage but Seven Nine Zero Four Two circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
