 The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Milano fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Milano shoots in but no luck this time. Redhair fails in his attempt to clinch. Redhair wants to clinch up but Milano keeps it at a distance. Redhair fails with an attempt to clinch.
Milano feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Redhair looking for a sweep. Not yet Redhair, not yet. Vincenzo Milano is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Redhair tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Redhair paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button. A solid leg kick lands there for Redhair.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
6 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Victor Payne! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Kazuya Michima! The judges for this bout are Steve Montenegro, Russell Pearce and Columbo Gatti.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Michima doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. Michima changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Payne tries to avoid it but Michima manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Payne to the ground. Payne escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Michima doesn't manage to clinch there - Payne circles away.
Payne throws an overhand right that lands on Michima's shoulder, as Michima tries to avoid the shot. Michima shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Michima looks gassed! Michima tries to clinch there but Payne circles away.
The fight stays on the outside here - Michima looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Payne fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Payne connects with a right hand. Michima shakes it off.
 It looks like Kazuya Michima has been cut. This has been an exciting period of action! Payne tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target. Payne dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Payne cracks Michima with an uppercut from hell and Michima crumples to the canvas, he's out! Oh no, he's recovered and he's grabbed one of Payne's legs and pulled him into guard. The ref thought about stopping it there but he's let it go - good reffing!

Payne thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Payne pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Michima is keeping the position for now. Payne not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Michima keeping full guard, as Payne tries to pass. Payne is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.
Michima is working an open guard so Payne takes the opportunity to get back to his feet. Michima dives in and grabs Payne's left leg, looking for a takedown. Payne pushes down on Michima's head and hops out. Victor Payne has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kazuya Michima. Payne works Michima's body with a nice hook. Payne misses with a double jab.

 That has opened up Kazuya Michima's cut even more.
Payne waves his right hand out in front of him, looking to distract Michima. Oh, he's unloaded a beast of a left hand - it worked! He's dropped Michima to the canvas! Can he finish him!?
Michima is still in real trouble! Can Payne finish him? We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Payne stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Michima swivels though and keeps the full guard. Michima seems to have recovered his senses. Payne stands up over Michima, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Payne trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Payne wants to control from the top but Michima keeps moving. Payne advances to half guard.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Payne moves into full mount! Michima won't be happy about that!
Payne jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle�. Ooooh, that looks tight� Michima is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Michima and Payne has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.
Michima is looking for a sweep. Michima prevents Payne from moving into mount. Michima is trying to control Payne's posture but Payne avoids it. Payne is looking to take a break and control but Michima is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Payne is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Michima knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Payne tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Michima is looking to get back to his feet here but Payne is keeping cool and he's managed to take Michima's back. And that�s the end of the round � the fighters go back to their corners.

Victor Payne is winning the standup battle so far. Michima takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness. Payne tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Payne throws a body kick but he was well out of range there. Payne scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. Payne getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
 Kazuya Michima's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters. Michima on the wrong end of a nice hook.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Kazuya Michima's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!

 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dick misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Stunna.

Stunna lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Dick circles away quickly and effectively. Stunna keeps the fight on the outside. No joy there for Dick, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Stunna throws a right and a left that Dick avoids nicely. Stunna cracks Dick with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business. Stunna lands a nice hook to Dick's body. Dick takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes. Dick looks gassed!
Stunna shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Dick's guard. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Dick has momentary wrist control but Stunna slips an elbow through the middle. Stunna throws a strike but Dick rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. Stunna has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Stunna is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage. Dick preventing the sweep. Stunna seems keen to control Dick's posture. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Dick is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Stunna has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Dick is looking to defend but Stunna has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Dick! Stunna pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Dick taps out and this one is all over!

 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jeremy throws a body punch but Maniac moves out of range. Maniac uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Jeremy. Jeremy misses with a body shot.
Maniac throws a nice outside leg kick. Jeremy swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Maniac is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Jeremy is keeping busy. Maniac lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.

Jeremy steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Maniac. That one must have hurt. Belgian Maniac seems to be getting the better of the standup. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Maniac lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook. Maniac moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot. Maniac turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick. Maniac lands with a kick to the temple. Jeremy shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?" A shot to the body from Jeremy misses and Maniac counters with a head kick.
 Jeremy is rocked! Maniac lands a hook that stumbles Jeremy back into the cage. Maniac follows up with a straight and another hook that land right on the button, dropping Jeremy to the canvas! Maniac pounces and lands several unanswered shots - Jeremy has had enough and taps out! This one is all over!

Boudreaux throws a sloppy head kick and Matmat moves out of range easily. Boudreaux tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Matmat paws at him with a jab and circles away. A telegraphed right hand from Matmat misses the target. Nice shot by Matmat. Maritn Boudreaux seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Boudreaux is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Boudreaux tries to clinch but Matmat is having none of it.

Boudreaux is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Matmat is surviving well by controlling Boudreaux's body position as best he can. Matmat is trying to escape the mount.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Boudreaux can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Matmat is looking to escape. Matmat regains half guard. Boudreaux is thwarting Matmat's attempts to control the position. Matmat regains full guard. Nicely done.
Matmat is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Boudreaux defends well. Matmat working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Boudreaux. Matmat lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Boudreaux!

 That's four minutes gone in the round. Boudreaux looking to pass the guard. Boudreaux trying to control the position from guard on top but Matmat is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Boudreaux looking to sit in guard and control but Matmat gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Matmat wants to control from the top but Boudreaux keeps moving. And that�s the end of the round � the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Maritn Boudreaux will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Mat Matmat's cut. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!

 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Biggums throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Shaw's waist but Shaw gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Biggums off to one side. Shaw throws a big shot that misses.
Shaw feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Biggums trying to control the position.
