The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lewis closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so. Hammouche misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Hammouche slips under a jab from Lewis. Lewis connects with a jab. Hammouche closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Lewis looking for submissions off his back. Hammouche will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Lewis looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Lewis blocking the ground and pound attempt from Hammouche. Hammouche working Lewis over with strikes. Lewis on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. Hammouche lands strikes from half guard. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Lewis wants to get back to full guard. Hammouche working over Lewis with some ground and pound. Lewis looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lewis tries to get to full guard but Hammouche has control of the leg. Hammouche winds up and cracks Lewis with a swinging punch to the side of the head. Hammouche landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent. Hammouche wants to take a breather but Lewis is having none of it. Hammouche seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. Hammouche controlling the action here. Lewis taking some punishment here, with Hammouche in his half guard. Hammouche working Lewis over with strikes. Hammouche throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. 18 - 11 - 1, fighting out of London, Eddie Armstrong! The judges for this bout are Radbod Blank, Paulsen Ambrosius and Nard Betker.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Huber with a poor takedown and Huber takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Huber clinches up against the cage. Armstrong lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Huber has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Armstrong is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Armstrong pushes Huber back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head. Armstrong swings away with an uppercut that misses.
We've been hearing reports that Huber has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight. Huber gets a nice trip takedown into half guard. Huber is trying for a kimura here. Armstrong looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Huber wins by kimura!

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Rold misses with a body kick. A solid leg kick lands there for Rold.

Benjamin Belleville is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Belleville clinches. Belleville lands a nice shot to the body. Belleville escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Rold lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise. A nice inside leg kick there by Rold. That's going to slow Belleville down. Belleville misses the shot to the body. A clash of legs there as Belleville blocks the low kick. Rold tries to clinch but Belleville is having none of it. Rold attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin. Good work by Rold as he checks the leg kick. Rold looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.

Will he be able to recover?!! Belleville thumps Rold with a low kick. Belleville ducks down and throws a hook to the body. This has been an exciting period of action! Rold takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it. Belleville blocks a leg kick. A nice combination there by Rold.
Rold tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him. Belleville ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Belleville walks into a straight right hand from Rold. Rold misses with a jab, cross combination.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Belleville throws a looping overhand right but Rold ducks down to avoid it. Rold seems to have got his legs back now. A head kick misses from Rold. Rold misses with a body shot.
Rold checks the leg kick. Rold fails with a takedown attempt. Rold will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Enrique Rold. That's going to take a lot out of him. Belleville swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Rold does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy. The fighters circling - Rold throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Rold misses with a kick to the body.
Rold shoots in for a takedown but Belleville shows good takedown defense. Belleville throws a body kick that misses. Rold pushes Belleville away with a front kick. Rold throws a solid leg kick but Belleville takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Rold. Rold wants to land a leg kick but Belleville is out of range.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Oooooh!!! Belleville has knocked Rold down with a huge combo! Belleville steps away and waves a wobbly Rold back to his feet! This one might not go much longer! Rold fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Belleville has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. Belleville tries a head kick but it misses.
An inside leg kick lands from Rold. Rold checks a leg kick nicely. Belleville lands a big head kick that sends Rold tumbling to the mat! Belleville takes a step backwards and waves Rold back to his feet - he wants the finish! Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Belleville moves into the clinch. Belleville successfully pulls guard.
Rold stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Belleville swivels though and keeps the full guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Belleville is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Rold thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Belleville wants to get back to his feet but Rold is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. A combination from Belleville does no damage. An attempted straight right counter from Rold misses the target. Rold feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Belleville's calf. Belleville's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Rold connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Belleville scrambles back to his feet. Belleville does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy. It looked like Rold was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit. The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end. Good shot there by Rold. Rold throws a sloppy head kick and Belleville counters with a one-two to the body. Belleville lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Rold circles away quickly and effectively. Belleville fails to land with a series of punches.

Benjamin Belleville showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Rold misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Belleville is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own. Rold ducks under a wild hook from Belleville. Belleville takes a shot right to the bread basket. Rold lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Belleville backs up against the cage.
That's one minute gone in the round. Belleville throws a jab when Rold was well out of range. That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Belleville crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Rold - the referee stops the clock and Belleville gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Rold. Belleville manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes. Rold avoids the body shot from Belleville.
Belleville gets caught flat footed, as Rold shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Rold stops Belleville from standing up. Rold trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Rold won't allow Belleville to get back to his feet. Rold pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Belleville is keeping the position for now. Belleville wants to stand up but Rold is controlling him. Belleville is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Rold trying to control the position from guard on top but Belleville is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Enrique Rold has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!

Rold throws a push kick but Belleville slaps the foot to one side. Belleville tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Rold shoots in but no luck this time. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Rold. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Enrique Rold. That's going to take a lot out of him. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Silvestre displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Eikmeyer. Eikmeyer looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Eikmeyer is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Silvestre avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Eikmeyer drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Silvestre dives on top into guard.
Our spies down at at Club Pain (Sparring & Conditioning) inform us that Eikmeyer has really been working on his submissions in the buildup to this fight. Will it pay off? Eikmeyer is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Silvestre is aware though and is defending well. Silvestre stopping the sweep attempt from Eikmeyer. Eikmeyer working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Silvestre doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Silvestre manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Silvestre got a little sloppy there for a moment and Eikmeyer has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Silvestre has managed to get both his arms back between Eikmeyer's legs - danger averted. Silvestre knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Eikmeyer on the ground.
