The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Cork lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Grayson circles away quickly and effectively. Cork throws a head kick that misses. Cork slips a straight right by Grayson. Bert Cork seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Cork is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Cork shoots in and drives through. Grayson sprawls well. Grayson misses with a looping left. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Grayson fails with an attempt to clinch.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Cork uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Grayson. Grayson throws a looping overhand right but Cork ducks down to avoid it. Grayson throws a leg kick but Cork sees it coming and moves out of range. Cork falls off balance throwing a combination
and Grayson counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. Cork looks gassed! Grayson missing with a left hand there. Cork was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Cork fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Grayson sprawls well initially but Cork persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Grayson is refusing to be controlled, as Cork sits in half guard. Grayson tries to kick Cork off but Cork keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. Grayson keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Cork is trying to control. Grayson wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Grayson avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Cork. Cork seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Grayson does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Cork thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Thesis Grayson dominated that round. The cut man is working on Bert Cork's cut. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Cork slips a jab from Grayson. Cork gets in close and instigates a clinch. Grayson has had enough of the clinch but Cork keeps him there for the moment. Grayson has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Cork avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch. Cork is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though. Cork creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Grayson's defenses. Grayson tries to break free but Cork pushes him back against the cage. Grayson tries to break the clinch but Cork is controlling the position. Grayson is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. Grayson is working for takedown but Cork is calmly controlling the position for now. A right hook to the body lands for Cork.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Cork goes for a takedown attempt but Grayson pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Grayson drops Cork with a beautiful combination! Cork stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Grayson is looking for the KO!

That's one minute gone in the round. Grayson throws the left hand but Cork avoids the punch easily. Grayson scores with a jab to the body. Grayson connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt. Grayson is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all. Grayson throws a hook to the side of Cork's head but Cork sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Grayson drops Cork with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Cork looks back up at him and smiles so Grayson waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Cork is still on wobbly legs! Can Grayson finish him? Cork tries to get into range but Grayson steps to the side and lands a beautiful hook that drops Cork! He's faceplanted into the mat, ass in the air... he's out cold! That's an image he won't want to show his grandkids when he gets older! Grayson scores the big KO victory!

York bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Senna's head backwards. Senna throws a series of punches but York avoids them all with ease. The fight stays on the outside here - Senna looks like he's thinking about clinching though. York misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Senna slips under a jab.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sakurai clinches up against the cage. Sakurai looking for a takedown. Rayne escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Rayne lands a jab. Sakurai drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Rayne is not content to let Sakurai control the position. Rayne is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sakurai looking to punish the body of his opponent here but Rayne is avoiding damage well.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Rayne tries to land a front kick but Sakurai steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed. Sakurai with a lazy takedown attempt and Rayne makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. Sakurai really felt that one! Rayne misses with a combination
and Sakurai counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Rayne's guard now. Sakurai slips nicely into half guard. Sakurai trying to control from half guard but Rayne is working away. Sakurai throwing shots but Rayne is blocking nicely. Sakurai is trying to work for a kimura but Rayne is defending well.

Sakurai is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount! Sakurai goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Rayne turns into him and now he's in Sakurai's guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Sakurai has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Rayne should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Sakurai has tightened it up now! Rayne should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A left and a right from Able both land. Nice combination. ShibalalaBuschi looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! Able lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw. Able paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button. ShibalalaBuschi takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Able lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
It looks like Hambuzelu ShibalalaBuschi has been cut. ShibalalaBuschi is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Able closes the distance and lands a one-two. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Able stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush. Nice body punch from Able. Able bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps ShibalalaBuschi's head backwards. Able scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. ShibalalaBuschi takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt. Able throws a good cross that connects.

That has opened up Hambuzelu ShibalalaBuschi's cut even more. ShibalalaBuschi walks straight into a right hand from Able - that's dropped him! Able jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save ShibalalaBuschi from any more punishment! ShibalalaBuschi complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
