I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Pablo Esposito was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Takajiri throws a sloppy head kick and Esposito moves out of range easily.
Ryo Takajiri seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Esposito looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!

Esposito got a little sloppy there for a moment and Takajiri has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Esposito has managed to get both his arms back between Takajiri's legs - danger averted.
A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Takajiri holds on and takes a little breather.

Esposito is posturing up here but Takajiri has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Esposito tries to roll out but it's too tight and Esposito has to tap! Slick submission there by Takajiri!

The crowd cheers as Boss lands an impressive looking overhand right. Barrera doesn't seem phased though.

A looping hook to the body misses from Boss. Barrera does a little dance to reset his feet.
Barrera throws out a counter right but Boss avoids it with no problem.
