Kriel throws a series of punches but Silva avoids them all with ease.
Kriel lands with a hook. Silva tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Kriel throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Silva slips a jab and a cross from Kriel.
Silva looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

Silva tries to move into full mount but can't pass Kriel's legs.
Kriel is looking to reverse the position.

Michael Alves seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Kriel rushes Alves and starts throwing punches like they are going out of style! Alves is up against the cage and has nowhere to go. Kriel piles on the pressure and Alves crumples to the floor! This one is all over!

Duterte connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Jones Jr's hands.

It looks like Dennis Jones Jr has been cut.
Duterte misses with a jab, cross combination.
A bone on bone clash there as Duterte blocks the leg kick.
Duterte lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected.
Duterte cracks Jones Jr with an open hand slap.
Jones Jr shoots in for a takedown but Duterte shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Duterte throws a series of punches but Jones Jr avoids them all with ease.
Jones Jr scores with the left hand. Duterte knows he should have avoided that one.
Jones Jr uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Duterte.
Duterte feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Jones Jrs jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Jones Jr gets caught by a brutal right hook which buckles his knees! Jones Jr tries to backpedal with his spaghettilegs but Duterte is headhunting and goes for the kill. A jab and a right hook connect and Jones Jr buckles badly as his eyes roll back. The referee steps in and saves Jones Jr!! Jones Jr is complaining but he was clearly out on his feet. Duterte throws his mouthpiece into the crowd. Mmmm spit-tastic.

A less than humble Lance Duterte misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.

Rack drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
You can see the frustration on Burgess's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

Rack is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Burgess is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Rack drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Rack jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Rack has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Burgess can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Perez pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Blinder fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
