Kawada is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.

Garcon gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.
Kawada jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Garcon walks away with a smile on his face. Kawada gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Pierre Garcon has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Keiji Kawada.
Garcon fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Kawada.

Dominatrix shoots in for a takedown but Jitsu shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Jitsu tries to land a sweep but no joy.

Dominatrix content to sit in guard, stalling... Great. Oh but he could get punished here because Jitsu has locked up a guillotine! Jitsu's face is contorted as he sqeezes tight on the submission attempt - will he finish? Dominatrix is holding on here and Jitsu must be using up a lot of energy. Dominatrix has gone limp! He's out! He's out cold! Jitsu gets to his feet, tossing aside his stricken foe. Arms raised, he milks the applause from the crowd. Great submission!
