 The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Arkes darts in and clinches Jokela up against the cage. Arkes is pressed up against the cage. Jokela has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Arkes down to the mat. Arkes avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Jokela drives through with a takedown into Arkes's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position. Jokela sitting in guard, not really doing much. Jokela is working Arkes over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Arkes is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Arkes is trying to control the position from the bottom.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Jokela content to stall in guard here. Arkes is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Jokela is controlling him.

Arkes has his foot on Jokela's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Jokela works his way back into a safe position though.
 The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Jokela fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Jokela shoots in for a takedown but Arkes shows good takedown defense.  The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Arkes misses with the combination.
Arkes doesn't manage to clinch there - Jokela circles away.
Jokela tries to counter with a takedown but Arkes is quick to defend against it. Jokela has a takedown stuffed.
Jokela shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Jokela was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Arkes is trying to get back to his feet.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Jokela is staying tight to Arkes's torso, preventing him from escaping. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! And that�s the end of the round � the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Alfed Arkes will probably get the nod. That's time! Jokela's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Jokela goes for a double leg but Arkes avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Arkes continues to drive forward.
Arkes clinches up against the cage. Arkes with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.

Jokela tries to circle away but Arkes has him pinned against the cage. Arkes scores with a shot to the side of Jokela's head. Jokela has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Arkes is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Jokela jumps guard but Arkes stands there with Jokela around his waist. Jokela gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

 The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity. Jokela tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Arkes swivels and escapes. Wow, both these guys are really going for it! Jokela misses with a takedown attempt and Arkes counters with a two punch combo. Nice takedown defense from Arkes. No joy for Jokela on that attempt.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Jokela fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Arkes throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Jokela will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Nice takedown defense from Arkes. No joy for Jokela on that attempt. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Jokela. Jokela fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Arkes lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
Jokela closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Arkes wants to get back to his feet but Jokela drags him back down. Jokela taking a breather here. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Jokela taking a break here but Arkes is having none of it and regains half guard. Arkes taking some punishment here, with Jokela in his half guard. Jokela trying to control the pace.
Arkes makes some distance and scrambles quickly back to his feet. Nice work! And that�s the end of the round � the fighters go back to their corners.
Alfed Arkes showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Jokela closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. The referee tells the fighters to keep busy. Jokela tries to move into full mount but can't pass Arkes's legs. Jokela in side control, just content to control the action for now. Arkes is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Jokela is controlling him well. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Jokela lands a decent elbow from side control. Jokela takes a little break here. Arkes wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Arkes tries to escape but Jokela is in control. Jokela is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position. Jokela moves into full mount!
 That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Jokela sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Jokela has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent. Arkes is in all sorts of trouble here.

 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Gustafson throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Gomez looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! Gustafson looks to throw the jab but Gomez is out of range. As Gustafson backs off Gomez throws a huge counter combo but Gustafson manages to avoid it all. Gustafson seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym. Nice defenses there by Gomez. Gomez unleashes a big counter combination but Gustafson bobs and weaves and avoids any damage. Gomez uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Gustafson.
Gomez bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Gomez is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own. Gustafson lands with a nice body punch. Gustafson is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Gomez. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Nice defenses there by Gomez. Olaf Gustafson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. The fighters circling - Gustafson throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Gustafson misses with the combination.

 That's one minute gone in the round. Nice shot by Gustafson. Jab by Gustafson. Gustafson scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. Gustafson throws out a loose jab but Gomez uses good head movement to avoid it. Gustafson darts in and out, connecting with a jab. Gomez takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt. A shot to the liver by Gustafson. Beautiful body shot.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Gustafson misses with an uppercut. Gustafson cracks Gomez with an open hand slap.
Gustafson lands a jab followed by a vicious hook that sends Gomez sprawling to the canvas. Gustafson follows him down, looking for the kill. Can Gomez hang on?
 Gomez is rocked! Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Gustafson is trying to get back to his feet now but his leg is trapped.
Gomez is still in real trouble! Can Gustafson finish him? Gomez wants to get back to his feet. Gustafson seems to have lost interest with the ground game and is thinking about standing back up.
Gustafson decides to return to a standing position. Gustafson lands a really nice looking cross but Gomez seems unphased.
Gomez looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Gomez defending well as Gustafson loads up on a big left hand. Gomez is trying to avoid his opponent's strikes and get into the clinch. Gustafson cracks Gomez with a hook to the temple - Gomez is on wobbly legs here! Gustafson swarms him with hook after hook, landing with each one! Gomez falls to the canvas face first and the referee dives in to stop the fight! Gustafson wins by TKO!

 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kasongo dives in and grabs Solberg's left leg, looking for a takedown. Solberg pushes down on Kasongo's head and hops out. Kasongo shoots and misses and Solberg connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Some wild striking there from Kasongo.
Solberg throws a half hearted mid kick. Kasongo takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Solberg lands with a good body shot. Solberg scores with a slapping inside leg kick. Kasongo shoots in looking for a takedown. Solberg tries to sprawl out of it but Kasongo keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Solberg manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Peter Solberg has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Luis Kasongo. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Kasongo wants to clinch up but Solberg keeps it at a distance. As Kasongo backs away, Solberg returns fire with a leg kick that just misses. Solberg stalks Kasongo and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Kasongo's face. Kasongo staggers backwards, shaken. We've been hearing reports that Solberg has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Kasongo tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Solberg was well out of range. Poor timing from Kasongo. Solberg is looking to counter with a shot to the body. Kasongo tries for a takedown but Solberg circles away easily and Solberg counters with a nice leg kick. Kasongo moves forwards but Solberg connects with a nice, crisp jab.
 Kasongo is rocked! Kasongo on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those. Kasongo tries for a takedown but Solberg circles away easily and Solberg counters with a low kick, right behind Kasongo 's knee. Luis Kasongo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Nice body punch from Solberg. Kasongo on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those. Kasongo has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. Kasongo fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Kasongo shoots and misses and Solberg counters with a low kick, right behind Kasongo 's knee. Kasongo looks winded! Solberg cracks a nice hook into Kasongo's ribs.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Solberg throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Nice jab there from Solberg. Kasongo is still on wobbly legs! Can Solberg finish him? This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Kasongo drops his hands momentarily. Solberg doesn't need a second invitation, landing a shot to the temple. Kasongo staggers and falls to the mat and the ref dives in to save him from any more punishment. Kasongo doesn't seem happy with the stoppage but he was done.

 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Freeman on the wrong end of a nice hook. The fighters circle momentarily. Nilsen darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch. Nilsen fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Freeman manages to avoid it. It looked like Freeman wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit. Nilsen throws a shot to the body.
Nilsen misses with a series of wild punches.
An attempted straight right counter from Freeman misses the target. Freeman lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
 It looks like Dennis Nilsen has been cut. Nice straight punches there by Nilsen. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Nilsen. Nilsen fails to land with a series of punches.
This has been an exciting period of action! Nilsen shoots in but Freeman avoids the takedown attempt easily. Nilsen throws a jab but it's blocked by Freeman. Nilsen getting the better of the striking in that exchange. Freeman looks to land a right hand but Nilsen moved out of range.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Freeman showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Nilsen.
A quick step to the side and Freeman tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect. Nilsen throws out a loose jab but Freeman uses good head movement to avoid it. Nilsen jabs Freeman to the body, keeping him at a distance. Nilsen misses with a wild body shot. Freeman takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Nilsen has his takedown stuffed and Freeman connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Freeman fails to land with a series of punches.
Nilsen gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Freeman counters with a nice uppercut. Nate Freeman has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dennis Nilsen. Freeman throws a big shot that misses. It seemed like Nilsen was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Good exchange - Nilsen coming out on top. Nilsen with a poor takedown and Freeman cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. This has been an exciting period of action! A big right from Nilsen misses. Nilsen has his takedown stuffed and Freeman connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

Nilsen gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent. Nilsen shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Freeman but Freeman pushes him off and we're back to square one. Freeman seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter. Nilsen moves into range and connects with a jab. No luck for Nilsen with that takedown attempt. Dennis Nilsen seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Nilsen swings and misses with a shot to the body and Freeman counters with a nice uppercut. Nilsen lands a nice shot that snaps Freeman's head back.
Nilsen shoots and misses and Freeman counters with a left to the body. Freeman lands a two punch combo.
A jab from Nilsen does it's job there. Nilsen slips a jab from Freeman. Nilsen is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Freeman had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into p�t�. Freeman drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles. Nilsen blocks a jab.
Nilsen shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Freeman is trying to defend but Nilsen finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Freeman kicks Nilsen off and gets back to his feet.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Nilsen dives in for a single leg takedown but Freeman sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. Nilsen tries for a takedown but Freeman circles away easily and Freeman counters with a lovely straight right hand! Freeman throws out a loose jab but Nilsen uses good head movement to avoid it. Nilsen lands with a straight right. Freeman didn't see that one coming. Nilsen misses with a body shot.
Freeman drops his hands momentarily and Nilsen takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head. Nilsen cracks Freeman with a good jab.
 Freeman is rocked! Freeman switches off momentarily and Nilsen cracks him with a monster right hand! Freeman topples backwards and makes a semi conscious attempt to cover up, as Nilsen dives in to land one more shot, before the referee has time to call the fight. What a finish by Nilsen!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:45 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Dennis Nilsen! After winning the bout, Dennis Nilsen thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility. In defeat, Nate Freeman stepped up to the mic, saying 'I'm glad the belt went to a fellow LOD member, unfortunately it wasn't me tonight. Sorry to disappoint my fans!'.
