The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Parantainen, as that shot connected.
It looks like Cinder Smaug has been cut.
Smaug fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Smaug misses with a wild body shot.
Smaug throws a good cross that connects.
Smaug cracks Parantainen with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Parantainen looks for the body kick but Smaug saw that one coming.
Smaug throws out a loose jab but Parantainen uses good head movement to avoid it.
Smaug tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Smaug throws a body punch but Parantainen moves out of range.
Parantainen has Smaug up against the cage in a clinch.
Smaug swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Parantainen can't get the takedown.
Parantainen blocking some punches.
Smaug lands a hook that snaps the head of Parantainen backwards.
Smaug gets underhooks to prevent Parantainen's takedown attempt.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Parantainen breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Smaug throws out a powerful jab.
It looks like Jaakko Parantainen has been cut.
Smaug avoids the head kick by Parantainen.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Parantainen lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Smaug has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Smaug and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Smaug drops Parantainen with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Parantainen looks back up at him and smiles so Smaug waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Parantainen walks right into a perfectly timed right hook and goes down hard! He's out cold! The ref cradles Parantainen limp body while Smaug jumps on to the cage and waves to the roaring crowd. Wow that was just a brutal knockout!
