The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bunny looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Bunny wants to take a breather but McMillionston is having none of it. Bunny passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for McMillionston! Bunny has hold of McMillionston's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and McMillionston manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Bunny looking to control but McMillionston is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Bunny has control of McMillionston's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and McMillionston regains control of the situation pretty easily.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. McMillionston wants to control but Bunny is having none of it. Bunny blocks McMillionston's feeble attempts to strike from the bottom. A nice elbow there by Bunny.
It looks like Hayden McMillionston has been cut. Bunny is going oldschool here, as he tries to force McMillionston to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so McMillionston shrugs it off. Bunny thowing shots but they're missing. McMillionston could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Bunny moves to back control. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Bunny is looking for the choke from the back position but McMillionston is controlling his hands well. Bunny looks gassed! Bunny tightening his grip on McMillionston, looking for the choke. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. McMillionston trying to control the hands but Bunny won't let him.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Even with his hooks in, Bunny manages to miss with strikes from the back. A lull in the action here.

McMillionston finds himself mounted whilst avoiding strikes. Bunny throwing shots from mount but they're not landing. McMillionston defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Bunny. McMillionston wants to control but Bunny is having none of it. Bunny trying to control but he's not successful this time. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Energizer Bunny seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Bunny shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. McMillionston is trying to defend but Bunny finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. Bunny tries to bum rush McMillionston with a series of wild strikes but McMillionston uses good footwork to avoid the assault. McMillionston gets a takedown into half guard.

Bunny is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of McMillionston's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take McMillionston's back! Bunny avoiding McMillionston 's attempts to control his hands. McMillionston is in a bad position with Bunny working for a choke. McMillionston manages to spin nicely into guard and the danger is over for the moment. Bunny is looking for a triangle but McMillionston pushes his legs off easily.
Bunny escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. McMillionston gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. McMillionston throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
That's three minutes gone in the round. McMillionston stands up over Bunny, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. McMillionston throwing strikes but missing. Bunny looking to control.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Bunny shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and McMillionston counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Bunny! Hayden McMillionston has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Energizer Bunny. Bunny is desperately trying to improve his position but McMillionston has a good base and remains in mount. McMillionston lands a big elbow. Bunny is trying to escape the mount.
McMillionston with shots to the head and body - Bunny looks very uncomfortable down there. McMillionston punishing his opponent with strikes. Bunny tries to get back to half guard but can't. McMillionston lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.

He's hooked one of McMillionston's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take McMillionston's back! McMillionston trying to control the hands but Bunny breaks the grip. Bunny working for the rear naked choke here. He's got one arm under but McMillionston is defending well. A couple of punches soften him up though and Bunny has tightened the hold! This one could be all over! It is! McMillionston taps out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sigurd gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Maxwell to score an easy takedown into full guard. Maxwell working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Sigurd's head. Maxwell trying to control but Sigurd is working from the bottom. Maxwell throwing strikes but missing. Maxwell trying to control but Sigurd is working from the bottom.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Sigurd gets caught flat footed, as Maxwell shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Despite being in the dominant position, Brock Maxwell just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Maxwell moves into range and clinches up with Sigurd. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Maxwell cracks Sigurd with a big right hand but Sigurd just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.

Aha drives through and clinches with Boomberg against the cage.
Aha has had enough of the clinch but Boomberg keeps him there for the moment. The referee is keeping an eye on Aha - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.
Boomberg turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control! Boomberg is trying to get an arm triangle but Aha is defending well.
