Thomas Buffel told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Both fighters are only really looking to counter, so after a good 30 seconds of circling eachother endlessly, the referee has stepped in and told them both to be more aggressive.
Czerwinski fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Buffel slips a jab and a cross from Czerwinski.
Czerwinski throws a lazy head kick
and Buffel counters with a three punch combo that has Czerwinski backing up. Czerwinski nods at Buffel to acknowledge the strikes.

Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Szalony Adi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sebastian Schwarz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Szalony Adi had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 187.1lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Astra has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Moralez after a bit of a struggle.
Arkadio Moralez has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Opel Astra.
A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.
Astra tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Moralez's elbow.

Moralez has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Astra clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!

Astra tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Moralez cranks the arm and Astra screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Astra, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
