7 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Sum Yung Gai! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Kyle Kingsley! The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Yves DeLean and Elvis Blanc.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Gai looks to score with a jab to the body but Kingsley is just out of range. A chopping leg kick lands by Kingsley. Gai swinging wildly here.
Kingsley misses with a body kick. Kingsley blocks a head kick by Gai.
Kingsley scores with a kick to the midsection. Kingsley throws a good cross that connects.
Gai takes a swing at Kingsley's ribcage but misses. Gai throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Kingsley. A solid body kick from Kingsley. Gai tries to close the distance and clinch up but Kingsley swats him away and circles back towards the center. Gai sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Kingsley fakes a jab and scores with a low kick. A shot to the body from Gai misses and Kingsley counters with a good low kick that Gai was not able to check. Gai looks to land a right hand but Kingsley moved out of range. Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Kingsley. Gai shrugs it off though. Kingsley tests Gai's chin there with a solid looking shot. Kingsley fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Gai has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kingsley throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Gai's head. Gai takes a kick to the body and keeps moving. Gai takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. Kingsley connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt. Gai takes a swing at Kingsley's ribcage but misses. Nice shot by Kingsley. Kingsley cracks Gai with a right hand to the side of the head. A decent looking cross lands there for Kingsley.
Gai is rocked! Kingsley ducks down and throws a big overhand right - it lands flush on the jaw, knocking Gai out cold! The fight is over!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Aurellius throws a sloppy head kick and Wei moves out of range easily. Wei lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent. Wei cracks Aurellius with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd. Good standup being displayed there by Aurellius as he connects with a hook. Wei lands a nice shot to the body.

Aurellius seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym. Wei cracks Aurellius with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Wei has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Aurellius to stand back up!
Aurellius is rocked! We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Wei cracks Aurellius with a left hook right on the temple and Aurellius goes down! He's out! Referee! Stop the fight! Wei lands a few more punches before the dopey ref steps in - hopefully Aurellius is OK!

Brown works his way back into a safe position though. Brown throwing strikes but missing. Brown with a flurry of punches that miss. Metsast has Brown pulled in close to control his posture. Brown stopping the sweep attempt from Metsast. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Brown trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Brown advances to half guard. Brown missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Brown misses with a takedown attempt and Metsast counters with a straight punch to the midsection. A nice inside leg kick there by Metsast. That's going to slow Brown down. Metsast pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Brown tries to score a power double leg takedown but Metsast sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Brown somewhat. Metsast looks to score with a jab to the body but Brown is just out of range. Brown changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt. Metsast throws a head kick that misses and Brown counters with a nice double leg into guard. John Brown is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.

Let's hope that Brown has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. Metsast working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Brown doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Brown manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Senko changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. Senko tries to clinch up. Senko throws out a loose jab but Ramirez uses good head movement to avoid it.
