The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Bigsbee shoots and misses

and Wells counters with a crisp right hand that drops Bigsbee! Wells lets Bigsbee back up to his feet, looking for a finish!

It looks like Ned Bigsbee has been cut.
Bigsbee tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Wells defends well and Bigsbee ends up having to push Wells into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.

Bigsbee shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Wells napping and manages to drive through into side control!

Wells explodes and escapes back to his feet! Nice escape there!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Bigsbee goes for a double leg but Wells avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Wells continues to drive forward.

Bigsbee is nestled in close to Wells, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

Bigsbee seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Wells is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
