The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Darrow shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Panterson's guard.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

Panterson working for submissions but it's allowed Darrow to get to half guard.
Darrow seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.

Panterson throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Darrow's waist but Darrow gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Panterson off to one side.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Darrow is really turning it up, unleashing another crisp combination which drops Panterson like a ton of bricks! The referee dives in to stop the fight, saving Panterson from another fist facial!

In defeat, Bread Panterson stepped up to the mic, saying 'Sometimes, we win, and sometimes we lost, but in the end we, all both persevere in life!so in this defeat, i will not hinder, and i'll be back much stronger than before'.

Mera throws out a loose jab but Polo uses good head movement to avoid it.
Polo seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Polo tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Mera defends well and Polo ends up having to push Mera into the ropes where they will battle it out in the clinch.
