Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
43 - 30 - 2, fighting out of New York, Vladik Fedotov! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
6 - 7 - 1, fighting out of Sydney, Sammy Owens! The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, William Peck and Ian Loll.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Fedotov moves in looking to clinch but Owens pushes him off. Owens counters with a body kick. Fedotov throws a leg kick but Owens checks it. Owens tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away. Fedotov wants to clinch. Fedotov tries to close the distance and clinch up but Owens swats him away and circles back towards the center. Despite the aggression on Owens's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter. Owens goes for a high kick. It partially lands. Owens takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Owens keeps the fight on the outside. Owens throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Fedotov rushes Owens and presses him up against the cage. Fedotov lands an elbow inside that Owens shrugs off. Fedotov tries to throw a body punch but Owens avoids it by throwing Fedotov back against the cage. Fedotov is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Owens is defending well for now.

Fedotov lands an uppercut. Owens's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button! Owens working some nice short punches in the clinch. Owens tries to work over Fedotov's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target. Fedotov misses with a shot to the kidneys.

Owens has been looking to improve his clinch game in recent weeks. Fedotov seems to have the measure of him in the clinch so far, so let's see if Owens can turn it around. Owens lands with a good tight uppercut to the head. Fedotov lands a nice elbow. Owens lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Owens has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Fedotov is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. A short right from Owens on the inside. Owens prevents a body shot from Fedotov. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Vladik Fedotov dominated that round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Fedotov moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot. Owens avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Fedotov gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Fedotov is on top in guard.
Fedotov stands and steps away. Owens gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. Owens throws the left hand but Fedotov avoids the punch easily. As Owens tries to get set, Fedotov tries to push him back and clinch up but Owens manages to avoid the attempt. Fedotov stuffs the takedown attempt from Owens. Owens gets slowly back to his feet. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Fedotov moves away from the strike by Owens. Fedotov throws a good cross that connects.
Owens looks for the body kick but Fedotov saw that one coming.

Owens closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Fedotov to the mat! Fedotov manages to get full guard. Fedotov is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Fedotov keeping moving, preventing Owens from controlling successfully. Fedotov wants to hit a switch here but Owens passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Fedotov there! Owens scoring with some good ground and pound from mount here. Will he manage to finish Fedotov?
That's two minutes gone in the round. Owens trying to control but he's not successful this time. Fedotov wants to hold on but Owens pushes him away. Owens is trying to control here but Fedotov has managed to regain half guard.
Fedotov tries to get to full guard but Owens has control of the leg. Fedotov on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Fedotov is staying active underneath Owens, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Owens wants to pass to mount but Fedotov is defending the position. Sammy Owens has got the better of the ground game so far. Owens takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists. Owens wants to advance to full mount but Fedotov doesn't think that's going to happen and regains full guard instead. Owens's corner is telling him to maintain position. Fedotov bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Owens's guard. Owens has a closed guard, preventing Fedotov from standing up. Owens wants to sweep but no luck.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Fedotov would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Fedotov has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Fedotov controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Fedotov advances position into side control! The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Owens tries to buck Fedotov off but Fedotov is having none of it. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close second round but Sammy Owens will probably get the nod - 10:9. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.
A head kick misses from Owens. As Owens tries to get set, Fedotov tries to push him back and clinch up but Owens manages to avoid the attempt. Fedotov swings away with a leg kick that misses. Owens is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Fedotov with a body shot. Fedotov lands with a kick to the temple. Owens shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?" Owens throws a head kick that misses. Owens cracks the inside of Fedotov's front leg. Owens lands a nice looking body kick. Owens throws a head kick that looked like it stung.

Sammy Owens seems to be getting the better of the standup. Owens takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Fedotov tries to clinch but Owens is having none of it. Fedotov tries to clinch but Owens moves out of range. Fedotov blocks a head kick by Owens.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Fedotov moves in looking to clinch but Owens pushes him off. Owens throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hao scores with a hook to the body. Machine takes a step back and tries to catch his breath. Machine throws a half hearted mid kick. Good leg kick by Hao there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Machine scores with a one two! Hao had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes. Hao lands with a nice combination. Machine backs away looking to recover. Machine lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Machine has a takedown stuffed. Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Machine. Hao lands a nice shot that snaps Machine's head back.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Hao throws a right hand that Machine ducks under and follows up with a left that Machine also avoids with ease. Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Hao.
Hao slips a jab from Machine. It looked like Hao was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Machine. Machine keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Machine takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh. Hao misses the shot to the body. Machine lands with a slapping head kick. Hao falls off balance throwing a combination
and Machine counters with a stiff right hand. Hao ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Machine moves away. Machine uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Hao. Machine throws a head kick that Hao semi-blocks.

Machine closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so. Machine avoids a kick to the body.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it! Hao goes for a spinning back kick but it misses. Machine checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time. Despite the aggression on Machine's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter. Lu Hao seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Hao lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook. A head kick misses from Hao. A big right from Machine misses. Hao attempts a low kick but it misses it's target. Machine's coach down at Death Valley Training Facility was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Machine's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight. Machine scores with a leg kick.

Hao tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him. Hao lands a nice leg kick that just misses Machine's sensitive parts. Machine misses with a series of wild punches.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A solid body kick from Hao. Machine staying out of range there. Machine lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Hao clinches up against the cage. Hao is trying to pull guard but Machine has him pressed against the cage. Machine escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Machine lands a nice looking body kick. Hao looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Machine is fending him off so far but Hao persists. Nope, Machine circles away and we're back to standing. Machine lands with a kick to the temple. Hao shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?" Hao catches Machine with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong! Machine avoids the body shot from Hao.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Hao swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Machine tests Hao's chin there with a solid looking shot. Hao lands with a nice body kick. Machine pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Hao is looking to wear down Machine with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment. Hao looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it. Machine avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Machine cracks the inside of Hao's front leg. Machine fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Hao looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. Machine pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Machine takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. Hao scores with a shot to the body.
Hao throws a low kick but Machine moves out of range easily. Machine misses with a series of wild punches.
Hao ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Machine moves away. Machine only half commits to the counter leg kick. Machine uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Hao.
Hao on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Hao takes a body punch but keeps moving.

Hao tries to bum rush Machine with a series of wild strikes but Machine uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Hao moves into the clinch. A short uppercut from Hao. Hao being controlled against the cage. Hao is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage. Machine blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Hao lands a body shot. Machine breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Hao moves forwards but Machine connects with a nice, crisp jab. Machine stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Hao. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Machine throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Hao sees it coming and avoids it easily. Hao rushes Machine and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Machine tries to break the clinch but Hao is controlling the position. Machine is trying to force a seperation but Hao has the dominant position. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Lu Hao dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Machine connects with the punch. Hao feints and then cracks Machine's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Machine down. Machine moves away from the strike by Hao. Ouch! a nice leg kick from Hao, right into the meat.

Nice body punch from Hao. Machine has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight. Machine is breathing heavily. Hao goes for a spinning back kick but it misses. Hao connects with a leg kick. Machine looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it. Machine slips a straight right by Hao. Hao looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Hao connects with a nice looking jab.
Machine throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

and Machine finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body. Machine keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Hao fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Machine on the side of the head. Machine throws a quick inside leg kick. Machine misses with a double jab
and Hao counters with a good, hard body kick but Machine shrugs it off. Hao cracks a nice hook into Machine's ribs. Nice takedown defense from Hao. No joy for Machine on that attempt. Hao scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard. Machine misses with a combination
and Hao cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Hao. Machine shrugs it off though. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Hao tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Machine was well out of range. Poor timing from Hao. Machine moves out of range as Hao throws a body kick.
Hao moves into range and clinches up with Machine. Machine lands an uppercut. Hao lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.

Hao scores with a nice hook to the head. Hao lands a left hand that snaps the head of Machine backwards. Hao dictating the pace here, as the fighters clinch against the cage. Machine breaks from the clinch.
Machine turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick. Machine shoots in and drives through. Hao sprawls well. Lu Hao has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Rock Machine. A head kick misses from Hao. The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end. Hao misses with a body kick. Hao is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Machine can do to turn this around? Hao scores with a kick to the body.

A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors. Lu Hao has scored more points in the clinch so far. Hao lands with a right to the head. Hao has Machine pressed against the cage, preventing Machine from circling away and getting back to striking at range. Machine lands a right hand that snaps the head of Hao backwards. Hao lands an uppercut. The referee is keeping an eye on Hao - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.

This has been an exciting period of action! Machine is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace. Machine takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Machine tries to throw a body punch but Hao avoids it by throwing Machine back against the cage. The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Hao takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life. It looks like Hao has been trying to sharpen up his punching technique, as it looks crisper than last time we saw him. Hao darts in and out, connecting with a jab. Hao throws a body kick that misses. Hao throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Machine on the side of the head. A decent looking cross lands there for Machine. Machine tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Hao swivels and escapes. Good shot there by Hao. Lu Hao is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Machine shoots in but no luck this time. Hao is looking to counter punch. Hao changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. Machine takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming. Hao's jab looks to have found its range, popping Machine under the eye. Machine connects with a good right hand that stumbles Hao. Hao circles away out of range and recomposes himself. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Hao throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Machine on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Machine looks for a takedown but Hao sprawls well. Lu Hao has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Rock Machine.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bateman waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Wakefield. Wakefield throws a sloppy head kick and Bateman moves out of range easily. Patrick Bateman seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Bateman just misses with a punch to the body.
Bateman shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Wakefield manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Bateman sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Wakefield's guard. Bateman is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A swing and a miss from Smith. Fukuzawa is looking to counter with a shot to the body. Fukuzawa takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming. Smith avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Smith misses with a kick to the body.
Smith connects with a solid leg kick. A leg kick checked by Smith. Smith scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one. Smith decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Fukuzawa has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Smith is working away from the top position though.

That was a close second round but I would say that Itagaki Fukuzawa will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Peter Smith's cut. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

A momentary lapse in concentration from Fukuzawa enables Smith to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Fukuzawa manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Fukuzawa is trying to control the position but Smith postures up. Smith looking to pass the guard. Fukuzawa is controlling Smith's posture.
And that's the end of the fight! Peter Smith comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Smith has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. Gracie wants to clinch but Blazing slips to the side and Blazing counters with a beautiful punch that sends Gracie to the canvas! Gracie is still in real trouble! Can Blazing finish him? Gracie is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Gracie keeping moving, preventing Blazing from controlling successfully. Gracie seems to have recovered his senses. Yoshimune is rocked! Yoshimune's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down. Cobb cracks Yoshimune on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Yoshimune falls backwards against the cage. Cobb follows up with more strikes that drop Yoshimune to his knees. Cobb keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Yoshimune! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:19 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Coco Cobb! Coco Cobb decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.

17 - 8 - 2, fighting out of Tokyo, The Sigit! The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Alec Ball and William Peck.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sigit fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Malmsteen throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Sigit stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. Sigit closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Sigit lands in his opponent's guard. Malmsteen might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Sigit won't allow Malmsteen to get back to his feet. Sigit postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Malmsteen is scooting his butt against the cage and has managed to get back to his feet. Sigit presses him back against the cage, presumably looking to take the fight back to the mat. Sigit changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Malmsteen fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Nice defenses there by Sigit. Malmsteen gets in close and instigates a clinch. Sigit takes a shot to the head.
That's one minute gone in the round. Malmsteen is defending well against a takedown attempt. Yngwie Malmsteen has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of The Sigit. Sigit is looking for a takedown. Malmsteen lands on the inside with an uppercut. Malmsteen lands a hook that snaps the head of Sigit backwards. Malmsteen swings away with an uppercut that misses.

Malmsteen is pressed up against the cage. Sigit has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Malmsteen down to the mat. Malmsteen avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. Sigit shoots in but Malmsteen avoids the takedown attempt easily. Horrible takedown attempt by Sigit or perhaps it was just good defense by Malmsteen, which made it look bad. Sigit tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Sigit fails to land the takedown. Malmsteen fakes a head shot and lands one to the body. A jab from Malmsteen misses. Sigit shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Malmsteen kicks Sigit off and gets back to his feet. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Malmsteen swings and misses with a shot to the body and Sigit counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Sigit. Sigit looking to pass the guard. Malmsteen is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Malmsteen can't keep his opponent in guard - Sigit advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. Malmsteen wants to get back to his feet. Malmsteen has managed to escape just enough to sneak back to his feet but Sigit is on him like a limpet, forcing Malmsteen back against the cage. Malmsteen lands a left hand.
Sigit tightens his grip and picks Malmsteen up, before dumping him to the ground. Malmsteen manages to land in guard. Sigit with a flurry of punches that miss. Malmsteen keeping full guard, as Sigit tries to pass. Malmsteen wants to stand up but Sigit is controlling him. Sigit trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Sigit won't allow Malmsteen to get back to his feet. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Sigit lands a couple of elbows. Malmsteen has managed to wall walk up one of the corner posts to get back to his feet. Sigit is pushing him up against the cage, looking to control the position. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Malmsteen fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Sigit wants to take the fight to the mat but Malmsteen manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch. Sigit has hold of one of Malmsteen's legs. Malmsteen is fighting the takedown attempt but Sigit gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard. Malmsteen has scooted to the edge of the canvas and used the cage to get back to his feet. Sigit has stuck on his opponent and is forcing him back against the cage. Malmsteen works on Sigit's body with a couple of short punches. Sigit tries for a takedown. No joy.

Yngwie Malmsteen dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Malmsteen is looking to counter the offense by Sigit and move into the clinch. Yngwie Malmsteen has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of The Sigit. Sigit throws a right hand that Malmsteen ducks under and follows up with a left that Malmsteen also avoids with ease. Malmsteen lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw. Malmsteen feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Sigit sprawling to the canvas! Sigit rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Malmsteen finish him?!

It looks like The Sigit has been cut. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Sigit glances at the clock... BAM! Malmsteen nails him with a big right hand! A momentary lapse in concentration sends Sigit crashing to the mat! The referee steps in and this one is over! Damn, Sigit is out of it, he thinks the ref is his opponent!

Roach has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. Roach throws a right and a left that Hong avoids nicely. Hong looks for the body kick but Roach saw that one coming. Bartholomew Roach is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Hong throws a shot from downtown. Roach moves away and avoids it. Hong jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.

A nice inside leg kick there by Roach. That's going to slow Hong down. Hong throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean. Hong ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Roach steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Hong. That one must have hurt. Hong's jab looks to have found its range, popping Roach under the eye. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Hong misses with a low kick as Roach jumps back. Roach looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it. Roach tries a low kick but Hong avoids it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hong throws a wild body kick that Roach sees coming a mile off. Hong moves away from the strike by Roach. Hong misses with a leg kick. Hong tries a low kick but Roach avoids it. Roach defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Hong. Roach raises up his leg as if looking to counter with a high kick. Roach rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Hong moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Hong throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Hong has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Roach. Roach lands a front kick. Roach fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Hong manages to avoid it. Hong drops Roach with a left and a right! Oh, Roach is hurt - Hong dives into side control looking to finish!
Roach is rocked! Hong is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Roach can do to turn this around? The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Hong controlling the position from side mount. Roach is still in real trouble! Can Hong finish him? Hong cracks Roach with a big elbow. Oh, he's hurt! Hong immediately mounts and start dropping bombs! Roach is done! The referee jumps in and saves him from any more punishment - a quick and decisive finish by Hong!

After the fight, Antoni Kristofer Hong was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
