Placencia's entrance music is Eminem - The Monster Ft. Rihanna. A fine choice. Dan Kolov struggled to make weight for this fight. He only made it down to 156.2lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. Let's see how much it's taken out of him. Dan Kolov will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Placencia clinches.
Still in the clinch, Kolov scores with a nice short uppercut.
Kolov lands a left hand.

Placencia is trying to trip Kolov. He has hold of a leg but Kolov is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Placencia persists though and gets the takedown into guard.
Placencia passes Kolov's right leg, so he's now in half guard.

Placencia thows a huge punch but Kolov dodges it nicely.

Placencia has hold of Kolov's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Kolov manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Fagaro wants to lay and pray for a moment but Bush keeps working.

Fagaro is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Bush has escaped the position, nice work there.

Fagaro has hold of Bush's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Bush tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Fagaro cranks the arm and Bush screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Bush, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.

Dall crumples to the floor! He's out cold! Thompson punches the air and yells at the top of his lungs - yeeeeeeeeeeah!!!! This one is all over!
