The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tait lands a big head kick that sends Lesnar tumbling to the mat! Tait takes a step backwards and waves Lesnar back to his feet - he wants the finish!
It looks like Brock Lesnar has been cut.
No luck for Lesnar with that takedown attempt.
Lesnar shoots in looking for a takedown. Tait tries to sprawl out of it but Lesnar keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Tait manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Tait throws a head kick but Lesnar moves out of range.
