1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Bruce Lion! The judges for this bout are James Glass, Andrew Berry and Daniel Bishop.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lion pivots, looking for a leg kick but Ruttenum is out of range and Lion settles back down. Ruttenum closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Lion tries to buck Ruttenum off but Ruttenum is having none of it. Ruttenum looks up at the clock and then as Lion takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Ruttenum smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Ruttenum has hold of Lion's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Lion seems comfortable defending it but Ruttenum has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Lion is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Lion is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Ruttenum couldn't care less - he's delighted!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:22 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Curtis Ruttenum! Curtis Ruttenum got down on his knees post fight and begged the management for a title shot. 'Please, I want that title shot so bad! Give it to me!' In defeat, Bruce Lion stepped up to the mic, saying 'Humble in victory, humble in defeat. I will analyse this fight, improve and come back stronger than ever.'.

Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Len Clothwell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joe Johnson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Clothwell kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is The Rain - DMX. Johnson has chosen I'm Fat by Wierd Al as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Joe Johnson! The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, Chris Edwards and William Gold.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Johnson tries to close the distance and clinch but Clothwell swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Johnson fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Clothwell, pushing him back against the cage. Clothwell tries to break the clinch but Johnson is controlling the position. Clothwell looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now. Clothwell wants to get back to striking at distance but Johnson won't allow it.

Johnson pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Clothwell lands with a good body shot. Clothwell with a jab.
It looks like Joe Johnson has been cut. Clothwell takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away. Johnson feints and as Clothwell raises his hands in defense, Johnson changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Johnson drops back looking for a leg! Clothwell is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Clothwell manages to kick Johnson off! Johnson jumps back into Clothwell's guard. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Johnson is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. Clothwell wants to get back to his feet but Johnson is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Johnson thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Johnson lands a couple of digs. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Johnson gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent. Clothwell stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Johnson. Clothwell swings and misses with a hook to the body.

Johnson throws a right and a left that both miss. Clothwell drops down looking for a counter takedown but Johnson sprawls and moves away. Johnson misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Clothwell gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Johnson works a leg free and moves into half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Johnson perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there. Clothwell has hold of Johnson's hands but Johnson slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow. Johnson drops an elbow to the side of Clothwell's head. Clothwell is breathing heavily. Johnson is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound. Johnson works his way into full mount! Johnson is working close to his opponent, looking to work a submission by the looks of things. Oh, he's managed to get a guillotine from mount as his opponent reached up! That looks tiiiiight! Will he tap? YES, he's tapped! Impressive submission by Johnson!

Reaper tries to clinch up but Breaker circles away and keeps his distance. Reaper closes this distance looking for a takedown but Breaker circles away. Reaper has Breaker up against the cage in a clinch.
Breaker has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Reaper clear over his head and slammed him to the mat! Reaper defends a rear naked choke attempt by controlling one of Breaker's arms. Breaker is working for the choke. It looks like he might have got it... has he...? Yes! Reaper is tapping out! This one is all over!

And that's the end of the fight! Norman Crowley showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Crowley, winning every round. Will the judges agree? The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Myers stuffs the takedown attempt from Manchu. Manchu gets slowly back to his feet. No joy there for Manchu, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Myers tries to work over Manchu's front leg with a kick but Manchu checks it. Manchu goes for a double leg but Myers avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Myers continues to drive forward. Myers catches Manchu with a right, a left, a right. It's raining punches and Manchu forgot an umbrella! Another punch and he's down. This one is over!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Winston fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Robert to the ground. Winston is now in Robert's guard. Robert utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Winston with a flurry of punches that miss. Winston postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. We've been hearing good reports from Robert's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Smith with a jab. Masvidal darts in and clinches Smith up against the cage. Still in the clinch, Masvidal scores with a nice short uppercut. Masvidal has Smith pushed against the cage. Smith is trying to pull guard but Masvidal turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch. Smith has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Masvidal uses from the top position. Masvidal tries to stand but Smith is controlling from the bottom. Smith is looking to cinch up a triangle. Masvidal throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Smith's body to avoid the submission. Smith has instead reached around Masvidal's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Smith arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
