 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dos Anjos fails with a takedown attempt. Dos Anjos closes this distance looking for a takedown but Winston circles away. Dos Anjos steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Winston.
Winston looking to score a takedown here. Dos Anjos is defending well but Winston drives through and ends up in Dos Anjos's guard.
Dos Anjos looking for a triangle here. Winston is fighting it but it looks tight! Dos Anjos pulls the arm across and this one won't last much longer! Nope, Winston is tapping out - this one is all over!

1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Buddy Elf! The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Alan Glass and Tiny Johnson.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Elf clinches up against the cage. Diaz fails to pull guard.
Diaz breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Elf dives in and grabs Diaz's left leg, looking for a takedown. Diaz pushes down on Elf's head and hops out. Diaz throws a big counter combination but Elf scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.
Elf closes the distance and pushes Diaz back into the cage.
Elf breaks from the clinch.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Diaz. Elf tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Diaz swivels and escapes. Diaz shoots in but Elf avoids the takedown attempt easily. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ty Diaz. That's going to take a lot out of him. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Elf misses with the combination.
Elf takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Elf drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Diaz defends it well. Buddy Elf seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Diaz shoots for a double leg takedown but Elf sprawls well. He's pushed Diaz's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Diaz closes the distance and clinches.

Elf is trying to trip Diaz. He has hold of a leg but Diaz is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Elf persists though and gets the takedown into guard. Diaz tries to land a sweep but no joy.

Diaz keeping moving, preventing Elf from controlling successfully. Elf lands a couple of digs. Diaz is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Diaz might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Diaz pushes Elf off and scrambles back to his feet.
Elf drives through and clinches with Diaz against the cage.

Elf lands a takedown into guard.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Elf wants to control from the top but Diaz keeps moving.
Diaz looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Elf stands up over Diaz, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Elf is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound.
Diaz working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Elf doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Elf manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Diaz is breathing heavily. Elf lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. Elf with a flurry of punches that miss.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Elf throws a big elbow that misses. Elf throws a big right hand that misses. Elf scores with a decent looking elbow strike.
Diaz has his foot on Elf's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Elf works his way back into a safe position though. Elf wants to pass the guard but Diaz is keeping the position. Diaz tries to strike from the bottom.
Elf distracts Diaz with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Elf tries to free his leg and advance position but Diaz is retaining full guard. Elf makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. Diaz is trying to control the position from the bottom.

 That's four minutes gone in the round. Elf postures up from his opponent's guard, before exploding into some vicious ground and pound! Diaz covers up, he's hurt! Elf keeps throwing the strikes, glancing at the referee... Will he stop it?? One more big shot from Elf and the ref steps in to end the fight! Elf can't hide his delight as he celebrates with his corner.

 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Gonzalez goes for a spinning back kick but it misses. Gonzalez uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Robredo. Robredo takes a kick to the side of the head.
Robredo darts in and clinches Gonzalez up against the cage. Robredo lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage. Robredo scores with an uppercut up the middle. Robredo working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely. Robredo gets through Gonzalez's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head. Robredo lands with a right to the head. Robredo pushes Gonzalez back against the cage and unloads with a body punch. Robredo is trying to break the clinch but Gonzalez is controlling him. Robredo lands a shoulder strike. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Gonzalez being controlled against the cage. Gonzalez wants to stall.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Robredo softening up his opponent with strikes, against the cage. Gonzalez is trying to break free. Gonzalez throws a punch but it's blocked by Robredo. A head punch blocked on the inside by Robredo. A hook to the body from Robredo.

A battle for position here, against the cage. Robredo lands a body punch. Robredo lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Gonzalez backwards. Robredo gets through Gonzalez's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head. Robredo scores with a hook to the body. Gonzalez looks winded! A short right hand to the side of the head by Robredo.

Robredo digs a right hand underneath Gonzalez's ribcage. Gonzalez let out a lung full of air as it connected. Robredo digs a right hand into Gonzalez's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Gonzalez's gas tank. A quick uppercut on the inside from Robredo. A body shot lands from Robredo.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Robredo is leaning against Gonzalez and scores with a nice uppercut to the body. The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows. Robredo tries to break the clinch but Gonzalez is controlling the position. A head punch on the inside from Gonzalez fails to land. Robredo wants to get back to striking at distance but Gonzalez won't allow it.

Gonzalez throws a head kick but Robredo moves out of range.
Robredo drops Gonzalez with a beautiful combination! Gonzalez stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Robredo is looking for the KO!

 It looks like Johny Gonzalez has been cut.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Gonzalez misses with a kick to the body and Robredo counters with a massive hook, right on the button! He's out cold! Damn, that was naaaaaasty! Hopefully he'll be OK.

Clay shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Johnson's guard. Clay pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Johnson is keeping the position for now. Clay keeps trying to improve his position. Clay is stalling in the full guard. Clay postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Johnson keeping full guard, as Clay tries to pass. Clay is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

 The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity. Clay throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land. Johnson throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.

Clay decides to pull guard. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Clay has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.

Ray Clay dominated that round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.

and Clay counters with a nice double leg into side control. Johnson won't be happy with that. Clay postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
Clay has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Clay is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Johnson has escaped the position, nice work there. Johnson is being controlled here. Clay tries to move into full mount but can't pass Johnson's legs. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Clay tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Clay has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Clay in side control, throwing shots but Johnson defends.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Clay in side control, throwing shots but Johnson defends. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Clay is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Johnson's shoulder. That is not cool.
Clay decides to stand up, so the ref orders Johnson to his feet. Johnson throws a jab but it's blocked by Clay. Johnson lands with a nice body kick. Johnson throws a lazy head kick
and Clay counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Clay. Clay loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Clay controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Clay throws a big right hand that misses.

Clay thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Clay is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Johnson will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already. Clay looking to punish the body of his opponent here but Johnson is avoiding damage well.

 That's three minutes gone in the round. Clay landing strikes from the mount. Clay with the ground and pound from mount. Clay controlling from mount. Clay scores with a couple of good head shots there.

Clay moves into the clinch. Johnson takes a shot to the head. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Johnson is fighting off a takedown attempt but Clay is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Johnson to the mat. Johnson regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ray Clay showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Clay must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Clay stands and throws Johnson's legs to the side, diving into side control. Johnson gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there! Clay working the ground and pound effectively.

Clay is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Johnson to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Johnson shrugs it off. Clay looking to control and managing it successfully.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Clay scoring with strikes but Johnson is staying in there. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Clay takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
And that's the end of the fight! Ray Clay comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Clay winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
