Hardcastle closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Mac's guard.

A brutal knockout and then some excellent sportsmanship - this guy is my new favorite fighter!

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between August Jeaux (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ryan McCarthy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). August Jeaux had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 156.4lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.
