The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Lee gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.
Lee blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Lee scores with a shot to the side of McGregor's head.

Lee is fighting off a takedown attempt but McGregor is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Lee to the mat. Lee regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.

Lee working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. McGregor doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Lee is tightening it up a little... McGregor has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! McGregor reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! McGregor taps out! Nice BJJ there by Lee!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Scofield dives in for a single leg takedown but Johnson sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.

Johnson's coach down at Cozad MMA Los Angeles was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Johnson's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Johnson is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Scofield is keeping busy.

Scofield breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Johnson lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Scofield tries to close the distance and clinch up but Johnson swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Scofield blocks a head kick by Johnson.
Scofield appears to be looking for a counter takedown.
Scofield tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Johnson swivels and escapes.

Scofield closes the distance and clinches up with Johnson, looking for a takedown. Scofield pushes Johnson against the cage but Johnson circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

It looked like Scofield was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.

Scofield seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.

Johnson must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Scofield is looking for a triangle but Johnson pushes his legs off easily.
Johnson really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Scofield. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Johnson paying the price for stalling here - he's pushing hard on the arm trying to free himself but it's no use! He's tapped! WOW, quick submission from Scofield - great work!

Navi closes the distance and lands a one-two.
Roberts takes a kick to the side of the head.
Navi thuds his right hand into Roberts's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.

Roberts is rocked!
Navi looks to land a combination. Roberts sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
Roberts is still on wobbly legs! Can Navi finish him?
Navi cracks Roberts with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Roberts tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Navi pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Roberts is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:19 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). King Navi!
King Navi is the new lightweight champion!
King Navi gave a mention to KnockOut in his post fight interview. That will please them (and hopefully generate some sales).
In defeat, Sammy Roberts stepped up to the mic, saying 'Congrats King Navi '.
