Fadden comes to the cage accompanied by You Will Never Be One Of Us by NAILS. Schtrappe has chosen Phobia by Kreator as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Schtrappe doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. Fadden has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Midnight MMA in the buildup to the fight. Fadden misses with a leg kick and Schtrappe counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Schtrappe takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Fadden looks for the body kick but Schtrappe saw that one coming. Fadden loads up on a big right hand but Schtrappe slips the punch. Schtrappe showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Fadden.
A low kick from Fadden is predictable there and Schtrappe counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena. Fadden lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook. Schtrappe looks to land a combination but Fadden avoids it well. A low kick from Fadden misses and Schtrappe counters with a slapping leg kick. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Volkov throws a sloppy head kick and Susi moves out of range easily. Volkov throws a lazy body kick and Susi counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Susi is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Susi is looking for a kimura but Volkov is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Susi to get the leverage. Susi is looking to advance position but Volkov won't allow it. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Volkov manages to get to full guard.

That's one minute gone in the round. Susi drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Volkov manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Susi has Volkov in his guard.

Sobral shoots in for a takedown but Strapp shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Sobral shoots in and drives through. Strapp sprawls well. Strapp closes the distance and clinches. Strapp lands a hook to the side of the head. Sobral escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Sobral gets tackled into the cage by Strapp. Strapp maintains the clinch. Oh Sobral is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Strapp creates a bit of space for himself and rocks Sobral with a big uppercut! Sobral tries to clinch up but Strapp pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Sobral to the mat! Sobral covers up and Strapp unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!

He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Aokiji and we're back underway with a touch of gloves. Aokiji fires out a quick counter leg kick but Doofenshmirtz just manages to avoid it. Doofenshmirtz rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Aokiji counters with a nice low kick that buckles Doofenshmirtz's knee momentarily. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Aokiji fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

Aokiji passes Doofenshmirtz's left leg - he's now in half guard. Aokiji wants to pass to mount but Doofenshmirtz is defending the position. Doofenshmirtz flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.

Aokiji has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent. This is a sustained period of stalling by Aokiji. Aokiji dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Doofenshmirtz. That did some damage! Aokiji loads up on a big right hand but Doofenshmirtz slips the punch. A solid leg kick lands there for Aokiji.
Nice sprawl there from Aokiji as Doofenshmirtz shoots in. A momentary lapse in concentration from Aokiji enables Doofenshmirtz to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Aokiji manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Doofenshmirtz trying to control but Aokiji is working from the bottom. Aokiji utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Doofenshmirtz is looking to pass into half guard but Aokiji pushes him away with his feet and jumps on top - now Aokiji is in guard. Aokiji trying to control but Doofenshmirtz is working from the bottom. Aokiji is stalling in the full guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Aokiji preventing the sweep. Doofenshmirtz can't keep his opponent in guard - Aokiji advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. Aokiji content to sit in half guard and control for a moment. Doofenshmirtz is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Aokiji pulls his head out easily. Doofenshmirtz gets back to full guard.
Aokiji advances position into side control! Aokiji decides to stand back up. Kuzan Aokiji is winning the standup battle so far. Doofenshmirtz doesn't succeed with the takedown and Aokiji counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Kuzan Aokiji is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Doofenshmirtz thuds a left hand into Aokiji's body. The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Doofenshmirtz checks a leg kick. Doofenshmirtz throws a leg kick and Aokiji counters with a thumping low kick. Aokiji throws a half hearted mid kick. Doofenshmirtz throws a sloppy head kick and Aokiji counters with a head kick. That will keep Doofenshmirtz thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks! Doofenshmirtz buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Aokiji moves into range and lands a nice leg kick. Doofenshmirtz's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Aokiji throws a leg kick but Doofenshmirtz sees it coming and checks it nicely. Aokiji goes for a spinning back kick but it misses. A chopping leg kick lands by Doofenshmirtz. Nice shot lands for Aokiji. Doofenshmirtz will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.

Aokiji scores with a shoulder strike. Aokiji lands with a left to the head. Aokiji lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage. Doofenshmirtz blocks an uppercut.

Gorrila has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Avreli finds it's way round the side to connect with Gorrila's head. Gorrila throws a looping overhand right but Avreli ducks down to avoid it. Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Gorrila.
