Lesmono tries to score a power double leg takedown but Masino sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Lesmono somewhat. Masino scores with a sloppy right hand. Lesmono should have avoided that one. Lesmono tries for a takedown but Masino circles away easily and Masino counters with a lovely straight right hand! Masino seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Lesmono misses with a takedown attempt enabling Masino to counter with a crisp jab. Don Masino has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sukro Lesmono. Lesmono fails with the takedown and Masino counters with a nice uppercut. Masino lands with a cross. Jab by Masino.

Masino scores with a nice head shot. Lesmono takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt. Masino uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Lesmono has time to react. Masino connects with the punch. Lesmono with a poor takedown and Masino counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Masino misses with a looping right. Lesmono shoots in but doesn't get the takedown enabling Masino to counter with a crisp jab. Lesmono tries to clinch but Masino moves away and Masino counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Lesmono takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.

Lesmono with a poor takedown and Masino connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Sukro Lesmono seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Masino misses with a straight left. Lesmono walks into a left hand. Lesmono tries for a takedown but Masino circles away easily and Masino counters with a lovely straight right hand! Lesmono ducks under a wild hook from Masino. Masino lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw. Lesmono misses with a takedown attempt and Masino counters with a stiff right hand. Masino scores with a sloppy right hand. Lesmono should have avoided that one.

A big left from Masino misses. Lesmono uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Masino. Lesmono misses with a takedown attempt and Masino counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Lesmono's coach down at World Class Elite Gym (16 elites) $1000 was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Lesmono's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight. Lesmono with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Masino to score with a decent uppercut. Lesmono doesn't succeed with the takedown and Lesmono takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Masino connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt. A jab lands there for Masino. Lesmono shoots in but doesn't get the takedown letting Masino counter with a right hand. Masino misses with a looping left.

Lesmono shoots and misses and Masino counters with a stiff right hand. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Lesmono shoots in but no luck this time. Masino scores with a punch to the head. Masino is really peppering his opponent's head with punches. Lesmono walks into a jab. Lesmono has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Lesmono there as he acknowledges the shot. Masino scores with a nice right hand.
Masino throws a hook but Lesmono avoids it easily. Lesmono shoots and misses and Masino cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Lesmono with a poor takedown and Masino connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Masino lands with an uppercut that bounces Lesmono off the cage and back into range. The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end. Masino's jab looks to have found its range, popping Lesmono under the eye. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Don Masino dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Masino swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Lesmono. Masino waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Lesmono. Lesmono with a lazy takedown attempt and Masino connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Lesmono is trying desperately to land a takedown but Masino is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Lesmono. Masino throws a shot from downtown. Lesmono moves away and avoids it. Lesmono has his takedown stuffed letting Masino counter with a right hand. Both these guys seem content to just stand up and trade with eachother but Lesmono might want to think about changing up his gameplan a bit because over the course of the fight, Masino has got the better of the exchanges. Lesmono with a poor takedown and Masino counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Don Masino has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sukro Lesmono. Lesmono keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Masino. Masino fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Lesmono on the side of the head. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Masino scores with a jab to the head.
Masino is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all. Lesmono looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple. Lesmono with a poor takedown enabling Masino to counter with a crisp jab. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Lesmono misses with a takedown and Masino counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business. Jab from Masino. Lesmono shoots in looking for a takedown but Masino manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Lesmono's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Masino clobbers Lesmono with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise. Lesmono with a poor takedown and Masino counters with a lovely straight right hand! Masino lands a jab to the nose. Lesmono tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Masino connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

Lesmono with a lazy takedown attempt and Lesmono takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Masino connects with a good right hand that stumbles Lesmono. Lesmono circles away out of range and recomposes himself. Lesmono gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Lesmono slips a straight right by Masino. Lesmono feints the counter takedown. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Lesmono with a lazy takedown attempt and Masino counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Lesmono gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Masino counters with a straight right hand. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Don Masino dominated that second round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!

He's got his arms around Jones's waist but Jones gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Thompson off to one side. Van Jones has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tim Thompson.

Tomasello throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Brawler tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Tomasello is in Brawler's guard. Tomasello stands up over Brawler, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Brawler utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Tomasello with a nice head shot there. Brawler is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Brawler wants to stand but Tomasello is controlling the position. Tomasello trying to control the position from guard on top but Brawler is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Tomasello has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance. Tomasello has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Brawler bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Tomasello 's guard.
Tomasello is controlling Brawler's posture. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Tomasello is trying to control the position from the bottom.

Brawler is fighting to break Tomasello 's control of his arms but Tomasello is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Tomasello looking for a sweep. Not yet Tomasello , not yet. Brawler wants to get up but he can't break Tomasello 's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. Tomasello wants to sweep here but Brawler controlling him for the moment. Tomasello trying to control the position.

Left hook, right uppercut from Brawler. Brawler ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Tomasello moves away. Brawler looks to score with a jab to the body but Tomasello is just out of range. A slow jab from Tomasello misses its intended target. As Tomasello backs off Brawler throws a huge counter combo but Tomasello manages to avoid it all. Brawler fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

Tomasello thows a left - swing and a miss! Brawler shoots in and drives through. Tomasello sprawls well. Sloppy strikes from Brawler. Those never looked like landing. A counter left hand to the body from Tomasello misses its target. Tomasello lands a nice looking body shot.

Gold scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. Gold looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Nice uppercut there from Gold. Gold lands with a good body shot. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Gold throws a series of strikes that have Lil Nog backpedaling.

Gold comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. Gold turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick. Lil Nog tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Gold paws at him with a jab and circles away. Gold throws a half hearted mid kick. Gold scores with a slapping inside leg kick. Gold lands an overhand right. Gold scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction. Gold is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Lil Nog tries to clinch but Gold moves away and Gold counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Gold avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Lil Nog darts in trying to clinch and Gold counters with a series of strikes. Lil Nog will be more careful next time no doubt. Gold jabs Lil Nog to the body, keeping him at a distance. Lil Nog fails with an attempt to clinch.
Gold throws a combination. Lil Nog tries to block but a couple of punches get through. Nice body kick there by Gold. Gold scores with a jab. Lil Nog acknowledges it with a nod of the head.

Lil Nog on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere. Gold lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Lil Nog backs up against the cage.
Gold thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Lil Nog if he has to take too many more of those.
Gold pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Lil Nog back to the cage. Gold follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.

Gold wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Lil Nog, who protects the arm well. Lil Nog is trying to get back to half guard.
Gold tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Gold has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Gold taking a breather here. The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end. Lil Nog takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jack Gold dominated that round. That's time! Back to the action!
Lil Nog wants to clinch but Gold slips to the side enabling Gold to counter with a crisp jab. Jack Gold is winning the standup battle so far. Lil Nog on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those. Gold throws a leg kick which misses Lil Nog's front leg but catches the back leg as Lil Nog tries to avoid it. Gold swats away the attempt to clinch by Lil Nog. Lil Nog misses with a lunging right hand
and Gold counters with a straight punch to the midsection. Gold scores with a three punch combo!
Gold is looking to slow Lil Nog down with leg kicks. Lil Nog takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?

Gold connects with an inside leg kick. Gold is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Lil Nog can do to turn this around? Lil Nog avoids the head kick by Gold.
As Gold backs off Lil Nog throws a huge counter combo but Gold manages to avoid it all. Gold lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range. That kick from Gold tenderised Lil Nog's leg. Lil Nog is trying to keep his angry face on. Thud! ouch! good body kick from Gold - that will leave a mark!
Lil Nog throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Lil Nog has a pretty nasty looking mouse under his right eye. That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Lil Nog crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Gold - the referee stops the clock and Lil Nog gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Gold. Lil Nog manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes. Gold throws a nice inside leg kick. Gold with a body punch. A glancing blow. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Lil Nog showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Gold.
Despite the aggression on Lil Nog's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter.

Gold scores with a push kick. Lil Nog has developed a nice purple lump on his ribcage, as a result of some heavy body kicks from Gold. Lil Nog on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Gold. Gold obviously looking to wear him down.
Gold shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Lil Nog's guard. Lil Nog wants to control but instead he gets his guard passed and Gold is now in half guard. Gold is looking to take a break and control but Lil Nog is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Gold passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Lil Nog! Gold pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.

Gold lands a heavy elbow. Gold unloads with some vicious shots from mount and Lil Nog wants out - he looks towards the referee who steps in to save him! Gold celebrates on the cage and the crowd goes wild!

Welling shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Rodgers as he avoids it easily.
Rodgers moves into range and throws a big uppercut. OH! Welling goes down! Can Rodgers finish him!? Rodgers postures up from his opponent's guard, before exploding into some vicious ground and pound! Welling covers up, he's hurt! Rodgers keeps throwing the strikes, glancing at the referee... Will he stop it?? One more big shot from Rodgers and the ref steps in to end the fight! Rodgers can't hide his delight as he celebrates with his corner.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:47 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Aaron Rodgers! Aaron Rodgers tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.

Clown wants to control from the top but Wildslap keeps moving. Wildslap has momentary wrist control but Clown slips an elbow through the middle. Clown will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Clown postures up in Wildslap's guard and throws a big left but Wildslap blocks it. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Wildslap had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Clown defends it easily. Hammerfist, elbow! yells Clown's corner. There ya go! There ya go! Clown stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Wildslap swivels though and keeps the full guard. Clown cracks Wildslap with a solid left hand. Clown working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. Wildslap is trying to control the position from the bottom.

You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Clown makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. Wildslap keeping moving, preventing Clown from controlling successfully. Clown won't allow Wildslap to sweep him here. Clown is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Wildslap can do to turn this around? Clown content to stall in guard here. Bobo Clown overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Clown jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Wildslap manages to avoid the submission attempt. Wildslap is looking to reverse the position. Rancho Wildslap has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Wildslap takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
