15 - 11 - 2, fighting out of London, Rainbow Hero! The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, Dillan Fox and Steve Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Phoenix scores with a nice head shot. Phoenix lands with a nice body punch. Hero throws the left hand but Phoenix avoids the punch easily. Phoenix connects with a single shot there. A jab from Phoenix misses. Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Hero lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Phoenix has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Phoenix and we're back underway with a touch of gloves. Phoenix fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Hero manages to avoid it. Phoenix is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Hero. Hero connects with a crisp jab. Hero misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Phoenix.
Phoenix wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch. Hero uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Phoenix. Hero throws a jab but it's blocked by Phoenix. Hero looks to score with a jab to the body but Phoenix is just out of range. Hero avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Phoenix slips under a jab. Phoenix is trying to close the distance and clinch up, after that failed offence from Hero. Hero keeps the fight on the outside. Hero misses with a body shot.

Hero will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Phoenix misses with a hook. Hero cracks Phoenix with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd. Phoenix throws a lazy uppercut
and Hero counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Hero takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness. Phoenix tries to clinch up. Hero jabbing away but nothing is landing. Phoenix ducks under a wild hook from Hero. Hero throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land. Phoenix misses with a body punch

and Phoenix counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Hero thuds a left hand into Phoenix's body. Hero takes the fight into the clinch. Hero can't find room to land a body shot as Phoenix controls the action.

Phoenix scores with a nice strike. Jab, jab by Phoenix - just one landing. Phoenix is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range. Good leg kick by Hero there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

Hero was about to counter that last move with a leg kick but changes his mind. Hero throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Phoenix. Phoenix closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Hero did well to prevent Phoenix getting side control. Phoenix wants to lay and pray for a moment but Hero keeps working. Hero is in trouble now - Phoenix has advanced to mount! This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Phoenix wants to control the pace but Hero is squirming around nicely. Phoenix will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Phoenix avoids the attempt from Hero to control.
That's one minute gone in the round. Phoenix trying to control but Hero is having none of it. Phoenix is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Hero can do to turn this around? Hero tries to hold on but Phoenix postures up. Phoenix swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Hero is now in Phoenix's guard. A big mistake from Phoenix there, giving up the dominant position! The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Hero makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. Hero throwing strikes from guard but Phoenix blocks nicely. Phoenix keeping moving, preventing Hero from controlling successfully. Hero pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Phoenix is keeping the position for now.

Phoenix looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it. Hero has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Phoenix is trying to keep Hero in close.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Krynn closes the distance looking to clinch and Yano counters with a straight right hand. Krynn throws an off balance right hand
and Yano holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. A short left from Yano. Krynn lands an elbow just above Yano 's eye.
It looks like Koji Yano has been cut. Yano digs a right hand into Krynn's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Krynn's gas tank. Yano blocking some punches.
Our sources have told us that Yano has been working on his knees in the buildup to the fight. Yano takes an elbow to the forehead. Yano lands a damaging elbow. Yano scores with an uppercut up the middle. Yano looking to throw knees to the head but Krynn is blocking nicely.

With the two fighters working up against the cage, Krynn just misses with a elbow thrown towards Yano's brow. This has been an exciting period of action! Yano takes an elbow to the temple. Krynn is fighting off a takedown attempt but Yano is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Krynn to the mat. Krynn regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat. Yano sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Krynn's guard. Yano is working for a kimura but Krynn is defending it quite comfortably.

Yano throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. The referee calls for the fighters to work.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Yano is working Krynn over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Krynn can do anything to dispel that myth. Yano drops back looking for a leg! Krynn is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Krynn manages to kick Yano off! That's two minutes gone in the round. Bishop slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Bishop stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Shimizu swivels though and keeps the full guard. Bishop keeps trying to improve his position. Bishop is looking to work some ground and pound but Shimizu has wrist control. Bishop has gone for a leg lock! Shimizu slips out almost immediately though and dives into Bishop's guard. Bishop preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bishop wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now. Bishop not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

A nice side step and Bishop releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home. Bishop avoids the head kick by Shimizu.

Johnson wants to stand up but Monkey is controlling him. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Linna throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Linna misses with an uppercut. Linna looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it. Linna seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym. Kolmas connects with a solid leg kick. Kolmas shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Linna manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Kolmas passes Linna's left leg - he's now in half guard. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Kolmas in particular looking to stall. Kolmas sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Linna defending well though. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Linna ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Kolmas moves away. Kolmas steps in looking to clinch after the strikes miss from Linna. Linna tries to clinch but Kolmas moves out of range. Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Kolmas.

And that's the end of the fight! Ramses Kolmas comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Kolmas has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Amis Pelle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mike Tyson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tyson has chosen Mary had a little lamb as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Pelle lands with a nice body punch. Tyson steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Pelle. Pelle lands a nice looking body shot.
Pelle looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Pelle darts in and out, connecting with a jab. Pelle bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Tyson's head. Pelle shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it. Tyson misses the shot to the body. Tyson walks into a stiff left hand from Pelle. Tyson will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Pelle throws a big counter combination but Tyson scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage. Pelle fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Tyson looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Tyson lands a nice hook to Pelle's body. Pelle takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes. The crowd cheers as Pelle lands an impressive looking overhand right. Tyson doesn't seem phased though. Tyson throws out a loose jab but Pelle uses good head movement to avoid it. Pelle was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit. Pelle is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Tyson. Pelle lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Tyson at a distance.

and Tyson counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Amis Pelle seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Pelle moves out of range of the strikes. Tyson throws a looping overhand right but Pelle ducks down to avoid it. Pelle lands a jab to Tyson's midsection. Tyson is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Pelle. Tyson has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Pelle finds it's way round the side to connect with Tyson's head. Tyson walks straight into a right hand from Pelle - that's dropped him! Pelle jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Tyson from any more punishment! Tyson complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:37 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Amis Pelle! Amis Pelle retains his heavyweight title! Post fight, an emotional Amis Pelle said 'HAHAHA he and his manager suck. but dont feel bad, i am the crusher of skulls and spirits! i cannot be defeated!'.
