Coming up we have a featherweight Tycoon World Grappling Championship rules bout between John Equinox and Lumi Pallo. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.
This TWGC bout is 1 fifteen minute round in the featherweight division. Introducing today's competitors. In the red corner, competing out of Rio de Janeiro, with a TWGC record of 3 wins and 2 losses; John Equinox! And in the blue corner, fighting out of Sydney, with a TWGC record of 1 wins and 0 losses; Lumi Pallo! The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, Colin Fotheringham and Donald Grub.
The fighters bow as they face eachother in the middle of the mat and we are under way. Pallo fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Pallo fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Equinox closes the distance and clinches. Equinox drags the fight down to the ground.

If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Equinox tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Pallo can do anything to dispel that myth. Equinox has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Pallo is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Equinox yanks on the arm and Pallo is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Equinox.
