I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Lucifer Demon was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Demon swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.

Demon closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Simpson's guard.

Simpson had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Demon defends it easily.

Simpson escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Demon gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Will he stop it?? One more big shot from Demon and the ref steps in to end the fight! Demon can't hide his delight as he celebrates with his corner.

Voilier has chosen I came to play as his entrance music. Simon Voilier told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! Camble lands a nice hook to Slater's body. Slater takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

Slater shoots in and bounces Camble off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Slater working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.
Camble wants to stand up but Slater is controlling him.
Slater is working Camble over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.

Camble wants to control the position but Slater says "no thanks buddy" and passes to half guard.

We've been hearing reports that Kindmark has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
