Saunders drives through with a takedown into guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Grant throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Grant ducks under a wild hook from Bombada.
Bombada tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Grant is able to avoid easily.
Bombada throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Grant sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Bombada tries to bum rush Grant with a series of wild strikes but Grant uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

and Grant counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Grant tries to close the distance and clinch up but Bombada swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Brad Bombada seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Nice defenses there by Grant.
Bombada lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Bombada bobbing and weaving well here. And he's unloaded with a massive right hand that drops Grant! He dives into his guard looking to finish!

Grant is working an open guard so Bombada takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
Grant is still on wobbly legs! Can Bombada finish him?
Bombada throws a right and a left that Grant avoids nicely.
Grant seems to have recovered his senses.
Bombada misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Bombada scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Bombada comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Bombada shoots in for a takedown but Grant shows good takedown defense.
Grant switches off momentarily and Bombada cracks him with a monster right hand! Grant topples backwards and makes a semi conscious attempt to cover up, as Bombada dives in to land one more shot, before the referee has time to call the fight. What a finish by Bombada!
