Pavano kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Trash Tongue Talker. Serderov throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Grundy's waist but Grundy gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Serderov off to one side.
Grundy throws out a counter right but Serderov avoids it with no problem.
Grundy tries to clinch up but Serderov circles away and keeps his distance.

Serderov closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Grundy did well to prevent Serderov getting side control.
Serderov winds up and cracks Grundy with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
Grundy flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fish lunges at Manres with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Manres's hand.
Fish swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Fish gets a clinch.
Fish stalling in the clinch but Manres improves position.
Manres works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard.
Manres avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

Manres stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Fish swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Fish escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Manres gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Manres has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Fish to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Manres is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Fish pulls down on the head and he's put Manres to sleep! This one is all over!
