Paul should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.


Paul is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Rad is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Martin rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Facon moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Facon is looking to counter punch.
Martin throws a solid leg kick but Facon takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Martin.
Facon tries to score a power double leg takedown but Martin sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Facon somewhat.
Facon has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Facon enables Martin to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Facon manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Facon is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Facon knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Martin on the ground.

Wyatt lands a hook that snaps the head of Tucon backwards.

It looks like Johny Tucon has been cut.
Tucon blocks an uppercut.
Tucon goes for a takedown attempt but Wyatt pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Wyatt throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Tucon on the side of the head.

enabling Wyatt to counter with a crisp jab.
Wyatt cracks Tucon with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Tucon tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Wyatt pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Tucon is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
