Kovalev throws a left and a right that both miss
and Thorsen counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Kovalev moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Kovalev tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Thorsen is able to avoid easily.
Kovalev rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Thorsen moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Kovalev throws a right hand that Thorsen ducks under and follows up with a left that Thorsen also avoids with ease.
Thorsen doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter.
Kovalev tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Thorsen manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
