Poutsi works Pennypacker's body with a nice hook.
Pennypacker swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Poutsi takes the fight into the clinch.
Pennypacker jumps guard and drags Poutsi to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.

Poutsi works to advance to full mount. Pennypacker defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.

Poutsi softens up his opponent with a couple of shots there and then CRACK! One massive shot lands there and Pennypacker is out cold! Poutsi jumps to his feet and celebrates on the ropes with the fans, who are, quite frankly, going absolutely mental!

After the fight, Tim Poutsi was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Eddie Armstrong.

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Henrique Ramos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pelle Paniikki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ramos's entrance music is Sepultura - Nomad. A fine choice. Paniikki is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: N'sync - Bye Bye Bye. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.
