The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dalton tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Dalton scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
It looks like Bam Soii has been cut. Dalton feints a jab and as Soii dips his head, Dalton unleashes a brutal head kick that catches Soii right on the jaw! Timbeeer! Soii falls backwards in slow motion, only propped up by the ropes! Dalton smiles a psychotic smile as he stares down his unconscious opponent. That is a scary man.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:15 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Corey Dalton! A relieved looking Corey Dalton thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Anderson throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Anderson keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Duponte. Anderson attempts a counter takedown but Duponte avoids it well and moves away. Anderson throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Duponte waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Anderson. Anderson ducks under a wild hook from Duponte. Anderson throws a body kick but he was well out of range there. Duponte with a jab. Anderson cracks Duponte with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd. Justin Duponte seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Anderson lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Duponte circles away quickly and effectively.
That's one minute gone in the round. Duponte is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Anderson. Anderson half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range. Duponte lands with a straight right. Anderson didn't see that one coming. Anderson has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Land of the Rising Fun in the buildup to the fight. Duponte connects with a crisp jab.
Anderson is rocked! Duponte lands a big uppercut and this one is all over! His foe lies motionless on the canvas - a massive one punch knockout!

Justin Duponte decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Fang showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Butler.
Butler closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Fang did well to prevent Butler getting side control. Fang is trying to escape back to his feet but Butler uses the scramble to pass into side control.
Fang is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Fang holding on. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Butler trying to control the action but Fang is working from the bottom.

We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. Butler is looking for the mount but instead finds himself back in full guard. Fang keeping moving, preventing Butler from controlling successfully. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Butler accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Fang lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard. Fang lands a couple of elbows.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Fang trying to control but Butler is working from the bottom. Butler really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Fang. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Butler looking to control but Fang passes into half guard.

We've been told by Calypso's head coaches at Bonsai Club MMA that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight. Conley throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Calypso. Conley dives in and grabs Calypso's left leg, looking for a takedown. Calypso pushes down on Conley's head and hops out. Calypso forces Conley back against the ropes and clinches. Calypso digs a right hand underneath Conley's ribcage. Conley let out a lung full of air as it connected. Calypso avoiding damage.
