The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Starr gets caught napping as Ryan dives in and scores a takedown. Starr manages to retain guard.
Starr trying to keep a closed guard but Ryan is proving a slippery customer.
Ryan loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Ryan tries to free his leg and advance position but Starr is retaining full guard.
Ryan is fighting to break Starr's control of his arms but Starr is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.

Starr escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Ryan gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Ryan postures up in Starr's guard and throws a big left but Starr blocks it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Starr controls Ryan momentarily but Ryan frees himself.
Starr looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it.

Ryan drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Ryan jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Ryan is fighting to break Starr's control of his arms but Starr is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.

Starr is looking to cinch up a triangle. Ryan throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Starr's body to avoid the submission. Starr has instead reached around Ryan's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Starr arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.

A victorious Ringo Starr thanked his army of followers in his post fight interview, telling people to make sure they follow him on Twitter.

Magomedov kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Evangelion OST - The Beast II. Kunwar has chosen The Kills - Future Starts Slow as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Magomedov stuns Kunwar with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Magomedov takes a swing at Kunwar's ribcage but misses.
Kunwar feints the counter takedown.

Magomedov goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
We've been hearing reports that Magomedov has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.

Kunwar tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.

Demon loses concentration momentarily and Frost pounces with a three punch combo! Right, left, right! Demon crashes face first to the mat, out cold! Frost finishes this one with a fantastically precise combo! Great stuff.
