Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Grisha Kamenov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sherman McCullough (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Kamenov might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Linkin Park - Numb. Sherman McCullough told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

8 - 3 - 1, fighting out of New York, Grisha Kamenov! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Sherman McCullough! The judges for this bout are Johanna Lukiainen, Tarja Halkonen and Ben Zyskovitsi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kamenov takes a jab right on the kisser.
Kamenov slips a straight right by McCullough. Kamenov dodges the punch combination from McCullough.
Kamenov is looking to counter with a body kick. Kamenov lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
McCullough's corner calls for a 1-2. McCullough obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range. McCullough throws a series of punches but Kamenov moves out of range. Kamenov staying out of range there. Nice shot by McCullough. McCullough avoids the head kick by Kamenov.
McCullough missing with a left hand there. Kamenov was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. A combination from McCullough does no damage. McCullough fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Kamenov manages to avoid it. Kamenov looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. McCullough digs a good body shot into Kamenov's ribs. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! McCullough throws a right and a left that Kamenov avoids nicely. Kamenov throws a head kick but McCullough moves out of range.
A left lands for McCullough. McCullough takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
McCullough throws the left hand but Kamenov avoids the punch easily. Kamenov thinks about countering with a head kick. McCullough throws a leg kick and Kamenov counters with a lovely straight right hand! McCullough throws out a loose jab but Kamenov uses good head movement to avoid it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kamenov tries a head kick but it misses.
McCullough misses the jab. McCullough jabs Kamenov right on the nose. Kamenov blinks but takes it well.
It looks like Grisha Kamenov has been cut. Kamenov throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Kamenov goes for a high kick. It partially lands. Kamenov takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness. McCullough lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head. Donk. Kamenov catches McCullough right on the button with a cross. Kamenov lands with a cross. Kamenov misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
McCullough misses with a few strikes there.
Kamenov throws a sloppy head kick and McCullough moves out of range easily. McCullough lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! McCullough moves out of range as Kamenov strikes. Kamenov's jab looks to have found its range, popping McCullough under the eye. McCullough tries to work over Kamenov's front leg with a kick but Kamenov checks it. Kamenov misses with a looping right. McCullough fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Kamenov on the side of the head. McCullough avoids the head kick by Kamenov.
That's two minutes gone in the round. McCullough scores with a jab to the head.

Kamenov moves out of range as McCullough strikes. Kamenov wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch. Kamenov lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt. A chopping leg kick lands by Kamenov. McCullough fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Kamenov manages to avoid it. Kamenov misses with a head kick.
McCullough lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
McCullough scores with a body shot.
McCullough throws a nice looking combination but Kamenov bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Kamenov is looking to counter with head kicks. Oooooh!!! McCullough has knocked Kamenov down with a huge combo! McCullough steps away and waves a wobbly Kamenov back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
Kamenov is rocked!
Grisha Kamenov's cut is getting worse. McCullough misses with a jab, cross combination.
Oh Kamenov is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! McCullough pounces like a tiger and cracks Kamenov with a vicious hook! Kamenov is down but not out! McCullough follows up with more strikes forcing the ref to jump in and stop it!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:46 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Sherman McCullough! In defeat, Grisha Kamenov stepped up to the mic, saying 'i Will be champion and a hall of famer just wait this is nothing i will do it !'.

Buddington comes into the arena with Night gown - Pillow fight! blaring out of the sound system. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Buddington fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Aguilar manages to avoid it. We've been told by Buddington's head coaches at Team Migraine that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight. Aguilar throws a lazy right hand but Buddington sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Good shot there by Aguilar. Aguilar lands an overhand right. Buddington lands a jab. Buddington lands a head kick. Aguilar smiles back at him and beckons him forward. A nice leg kick lands there from Buddington. A big left from Aguilar misses. An attempted straight right counter from Buddington misses the target. Buddington on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
A momentary lapse in concentration from Buddington enables Aguilar to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Buddington manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Aguilar wants to pass the guard but Buddington is keeping the position. Buddington keeping moving, preventing Aguilar from controlling successfully. Buddington is trying to control the position from the bottom.
That's one minute gone in the round. Aguilar stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Buddington swivels though and keeps the full guard. Aguilar trying to control the position from guard on top but Buddington is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Buddington looking to control.
Buddington on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Buddington tries to get out of the position. Aguilar passes Buddington's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Aguilar tries to pass the half guard into mount. Buddington knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt. Aguilar works his way into side control. Aguilar in side control, working for a kimura. He's got hold of an arm and he's torquing it... Buddington is tapping! That's the end of the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:54 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Sergio Aguilar! In his post fight interview, Sergio Aguilar started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kami darts in looking for a takedown but Al As gets double underhooks and turns Kami into the cage. An attempted straight right counter from Al As misses the target. Al As steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Kami. Al As lands a nice hook to Kami's body. Kami takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes. Al As moves out of range as Kami throws a body kick.
A quick step to the side and Al As tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect. Kami throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Kami looks to throw a body kick and Al As counters with a right hand to the body. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Al As misses with a straight left. Kami takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
It looks like Hiruko Kami has been cut. Kami throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Al As appeared to be looking to counter that last move with a leg kick.
That's one minute gone in the round. Al As chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Al As throws a hook but Kami avoids it easily. Kami pulls out of a head kick attempt.
A head kick from Al As lands but Kami takes it in his stride. Kami misses with an attempted mid kick.
A telegraphed right hand from Al As misses the target. Kami feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Al Ass jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist! Kami throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
A little feinted left hand from Al As on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A big left from Al As misses. Al As lands with an overhand left. Al As uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Kami.
Amr Al As is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Al As moves out of range as Kami strikes. Kami throws out a loose jab but Al As uses good head movement to avoid it. It looked like Al As wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit. Al As bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Kami's head.
Kami is rocked! The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Al As fakes the body blow, causing Kami to drop his hands! Left hook to the temple! Kami goes stiff, and falls face first into the mat. Goodnight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:51 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Amr Al As! Amr Al As retains his welterweight title! After winning the bout, Amr Al As thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Weber throws a looping overhand right but Von Richthoffen ducks down to avoid it. Weber uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Von Richthoffen.
Weber drops down looking for a counter takedown but Von Richthoffen sprawls and moves away. Von Richthoffen cracks Weber with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage. Manfred Von Richthoffen seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Von Richthoffen scores with a hook. Weber with a lazy takedown attempt and Von Richthoffen counters with a left and a right that stings Weber. Von Richthoffen has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight. Weber shoots in for a takedown but Von Richthoffen shows good takedown defense. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Weber fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Von Richthoffen to the ground. Weber is now in Von Richthoffen's guard. Weber wants to pass the guard but Von Richthoffen is keeping the position. Weber won't allow Von Richthoffen to get back to his feet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Von Richthoffen is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first. Weber advances to half guard. Weber seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Von Richthoffen is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:40 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Arm Triangle). Leon Weber! Leon Weber retains his bantamweight title! Leon Weber spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jab, jab by Stanfield - just one landing. Cudi connects with the punch. Stanfield walks into a jab. Stanfield takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Cudi manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Stanfield on his heels. He'll look to pass Stanfield's guard now, I'm sure. Stanfield wants to stand and escape but Cudi is having none of it. Stanfield looking for a sweep. Not yet Stanfield, not yet. Stanfield throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.

Cudi prevents Stanfield from getting back to his feet. Cudi being controlled here momentarily. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Stanfield uses the cage to get back to his feet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Stanfield takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Cudi bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Cudi looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Stanfield throws a half hearted mid kick. Cudi drops his hands momentarily and Stanfield takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head. Stanfield tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Cudi manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Cudi throws a nice inside leg kick. Cudi cracks Stanfield with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage. Cudi tries a head kick but it misses.
Stanfield throws a body punch but Cudi moves out of range. Stanfield lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Cudi is rocked! Cudi closes this distance looking for a takedown but Stanfield circles away. Cudi is still on wobbly legs! Can Stanfield finish him? Cudi with a poor takedown and Stanfield counters with a beautiful right hand that knocks Cudi out cold! What a finish! Stanfield is going crazy, running around the mat, summersaulting off the corner posts and screaming into the cameras. Something tells me he's pretty happy!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Marlo Stanfield! Marlo Stanfield took some time post fight to say the following; 'The Motherfuckin' KING is Back! Amr how about number 3?'. The defeated Kid Cudi had this to say: 'Fuck everybody up in this arena. Ain't nobody thinking bout yo fat asses anyway.'.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A shot to the liver by Soderberg. Beautiful body shot. Soderberg is looking to land body kicks. Soderberg tries to bum rush Rusted with a series of wild strikes but Rusted uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Rusted changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit. Rusted seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym. Soderberg fails to land the takedown. Soderberg catches Rusted with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong! Soderberg throws a hook but Rusted blocks it. Soderberg looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Rusted misses with a wild body shot. Soderberg misses with a right hand and Rusted counters with a nice low kick that buckles Soderberg's knee momentarily. Soderberg tries to score a power double leg takedown but Rusted sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Soderberg somewhat. Jethro Rusted has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Rufus Soderberg.
That's one minute gone in the round. Rusted scores to the head and body with a nice combination! Rusted ducks right into an uppercut from Soderberg. Soderberg stuns Rusted with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. Soderberg throws out a loose jab but Rusted uses good head movement to avoid it. Soderberg throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Soderberg comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. Rusted scores with a nice body kick.
Rusted dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Soderberg. That did some damage! Soderberg takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Soderberg takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Rusted slips under a jab. Soderberg swings widly with a right hand
and Rusted counters with a straight right hand. Rusted lands a nice looking kick to the body. Soderberg takes a step back to recover. Rusted throws a push kick but Soderberg slaps the foot to one side. Soderberg changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt. Rusted scores with a leg kick.
Soderberg fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Rusted on the side of the head. Rusted throws a sloppy head kick and Soderberg moves out of range easily. Rusted cracks a nice hook into Soderberg's ribs. Rusted throws a leg kick but Soderberg sees it coming and checks it nicely. Soderberg fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Soderberg throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Rusted sees it coming and avoids it easily. Soderberg connects with the punch. Rusted scores with a leg kick.

Rusted uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Soderberg has time to react. Soderberg throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Rusted stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. Rusted scores with a decent looking hook. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Rusted blocks a jab.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Rusted wants to slow Soderberg down by chopping away at his legs. Soderberg clobbers Rusted with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise. Soderberg feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Rusted's calf. Soderberg lands a jab to Rusted's midsection. Soderberg changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Rusted tries to avoid it but Soderberg manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Rusted to the ground. Rusted escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Soderberg ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Rusted moves away. Soderberg closes the distance and clinches up with Rusted, looking for a takedown. Soderberg pushes Rusted against the cage but Rusted circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Rusted moves out of range as Soderberg throws a body kick.
Soderberg rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Rusted counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body. A nice leg kick lands there from Rusted. Soderberg pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Fjera looking to control but Speed is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Fjera is in the full mount, landing strikes. Speed is squirming around, avoiding Fjera's attempts to control the action. Fjera unloading with bombs! Fjera trying to control but he's not successful this time. Fjera has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Fjera postures up and throws a massive shot that knocks Speed out cold! Two more strikes to his unconscious opponent for good luck and this one is all over! Fjera goes absolutely crazy with his corner! Wow, you can see how much that win means to him!
