Hendricks comes to the cage accompanied by Wheelz of Steel by Outkast. The crowd seem to be enjoying Islander's choice of entrance music: We will rock you. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Hendricks closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Hendricks has an Americana. Islander didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Hendricks is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Hendricks hooks up with any of them at the after show party.

Mickey Hendricks tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
