The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bushido throws a body kick that digs right into the meat.
Rios moves out of range of the body kick from Bushido.
Giido Bushido seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Bushido looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Rios is fending him off so far but Bushido persists. Nope, Rios circles away and we're back to standing.
Bushido throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Rios.
Horrible takedown by Bushido or perhaps it was just good defense by Rios which made him look bad.
Rios looks to land a combination but Bushido avoids it well.

It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Jin Jiao seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Venture drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Venture seems to have locked his on tight now - Jiao screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Venture, as he picks up the win!

Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Joel Trainner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Stephan Schneider (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Schneider's choice of entrance music: Its a fight. Stephan Schneider struggled to make weight for this fight. He only made it down to 171.7lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. Let's see how much it's taken out of him. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!
