I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Stephen Otumba was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

4 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Stephen Otumba! The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, Daniel Bishop and Phil Schofield.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ciuchten moves into range and throws a big uppercut. OH! Otumba goes down! Can Ciuchten finish him!?
It looks like Stephen Otumba has been cut. Otumba is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Otumba really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Ciuchten. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Ciuchten drops back looking for a leg! Otumba is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Otumba manages to kick Ciuchten off! Ciuchten jumps back into Otumba's guard. Otumba working a defensive guard here.
Ciuchten lands a couple of elbows. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Otumba is trying to control the position but Ciuchten postures up. Ciuchten makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. Ciuchten lands a couple of digs. Otumba is trying to keep Ciuchten in close.
Ciuchten working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Otumba's head.
Otumba is rocked! Ciuchten has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Ciuchten postures up, still in guard. A huge hammer fist lands that bounces Otumba's head off the mat! Otumba is out! He's out! Ciuchten jumps to his feet and celebrates with his corner!

2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jan Mo! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, James Ross! The judges for this bout are William Gold, Donald Grub and Sam Margolis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mo scores with a body shot.
Ross comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. Mo bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Ross's head. Mo keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Jan Mo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. A big right from Mo misses. Ross takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness. Ross connects with the punch. Mo fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Ross tries to counter by closing the distance. A telegraphed right hand from Mo misses the target. Mo thuds his right hand into Ross's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters. Mo looks to score with a jab to the body but Ross is just out of range. Mo getting the better of the striking in that exchange. This has been an exciting period of action! Ross walks into a jab.
That's one minute gone in the round. Mo fakes a jab and then connects with a hook. Mo lands a nice looking body shot.
Ross throws a lazy uppercut
and Mo counters with a nice right hand that sends Ross toppling to the canvas! Ross scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Mo finish him?!
Ross is rocked! Mo throws a shot from downtown. Ross moves away and avoids it. Ross is still on wobbly legs! Can Mo finish him? Mo will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Mo seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Mo throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Ross sees it coming and avoids it easily. Ross seems to have recovered his senses. Mo misses with a straight right. Ross throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Mo swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect. Mo drops Ross with a huge uppercut! Ross drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes. Mo is raining down punches and the ref stops the fight! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:44 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jan Mo! A very excited looking Jan Mo made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Huber looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Huber misses with a takedown attempt letting Shannon counter with a right hand. Huber throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Shannon's waist but Shannon gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Huber off to one side. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Mario Huber. That's going to take a lot out of him. Huber shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Shannon connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Huber takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh. Huber misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Shannon lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected. Huber throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Shannon's waist but Shannon gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Huber off to one side. Shannon moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Huber is breathing heavily. Good exchange - Shannon coming out on top.
Huber is rocked! Shannon feints a jab and as Huber dips his head, Shannon unleashes a brutal head kick that catches Huber right on the jaw! Timbeeer! Huber falls backwards in slow motion, only propped up by the cage! Shannon smiles a psychotic smile as he stares down his unconscious opponent. That is a scary man.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:47 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Mike Shannon! A victorious Mike Shannon thanked his army of followers in his post fight interview, telling people to make sure they follow him on Twitter.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Vilenius connects with a good right hand that stumbles Collins. Collins circles away out of range and recomposes himself. A telegraphed right hand from Collins misses the target. Vilenius throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Collins stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. Vilenius keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Collins. Collins misses with an uppercut
and Vilenius counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Collins thinking. Vilenius dips to his left and cracks Collins with an uppercut! Vilenius blocks a jab. Vilenius is throwing a storm of strikes! Right hook, left hook and follows it up with a spinning back fist! Collins hits the canvas like a rag doll! And just like that, this one is over!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sullivan wants to clinch and Rutten counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Sullivan closes the distance and pushes Rutten back into the cage. The two fighters are working to gain dominance in the clinch. Rutten lands a hook to the side of the head. Sullivan misses with an elbow strike.
Rutten prevents the takedown attempt.
Rutten managing to block the knees to the body from Sullivan.
Sullivan tries to land a knee to the head but misses.
Sullivan goes for a takedown in the clinch but Rutten prevents it.
Sullivan tries to break the clinch but Rutten is controlling the position. An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Rutten. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Sullivan escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Rutten misses with an uppercut. Sullivan fails with an attempt to clinch.
It looked like Rutten wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit. Sullivan looks for a takedown but Rutten sprawls well. Rutten was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit. Handsome Rutten has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Robert Sullivan. Sullivan closes the distance looking to clinch and Rutten counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
That's one minute gone in the round. Rutten bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut. Sullivan fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Handsome Rutten is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Sullivan closes the distance looking to clinch and Rutten counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Sullivan thinking. Sullivan fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Rutten avoids it really well and circles away. Rutten keeps the fight on the outside. Sullivan with a poor takedown and Rutten counters with a leg kick. Sullivan looks winded! Sullivan has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Rutten. Sullivan shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Rutten as he jumps to the side. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Sullivan. Rutten throws a big counter combination but Sullivan scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Nice straight punches there by Rutten. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Rutten. Sullivan tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Rutten paws at him with a jab and circles away. Rutten was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger. Sullivan shoots in but Rutten avoids the takedown attempt easily. Sullivan fails with a takedown attempt. Rutten swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Sullivan. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Sullivan fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Rutten scores with a shot to the body.
Sullivan shoots for a double leg takedown but Rutten sprawls well. He's pushed Sullivan's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Sullivan tries to clinch but Rutten moves out of range. A punch lands to the side of Sullivan 's head but he takes it in his stride. Sullivan misses with a takedown attempt and Rutten counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
That's three minutes gone in the round. A jab from Rutten misses. Rutten closes the distance and lands a brutal uppercut that knocks Sullivan out! We're looking at the replay now - he was out before he hit the floor!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:10 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Handsome Rutten! Handsome Rutten retains his heavyweight title! Handsome Rutten seemed lost for words in his post fight interview but he remembered to thank his fans and directed everyone to his website.
