The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, Colin Fotheringham and James Atkins.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kelly shoots in for a takedown but Romero shows good takedown defense.

Romero fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Kelly to the ground. Romero is now in Kelly's guard.
Romero postures up.
Romero wants to control from the top but Kelly keeps moving.
Romero pushes down on Kelly's leg and manages to get into half guard.
Kelly is looking for a sweep. Romero is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Romero is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Kelly trying to control but Romero postures up.
Romero tries to pass to full mount but Kelly defends it.

Romero looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Romero is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

Romero prevents Kelly from improving his position.
Romero frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Romero wants to control the pace but Kelly is squirming around nicely.

Romero has control of Kelly's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Kelly regains control of the situation pretty easily.
Kelly on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Kelly tries to get out of the position.
Romero fails to advance to Kelly's back.

Kelly reaches up to try and pull Romero in and control his posture, but Romero latches on to an arm and pivots quickly for an armbar! Kelly taps out and this one is all over!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Frost misses with a takedown attempt
and FX counters with a straight right hand.
Mighty Frost seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Frost throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Frost shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Frost shoots in but no luck this time.
FX takes a swing at Frost's ribcage but misses.
FX lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Frost walks into a left hand.

It looks like Mighty Frost has been cut.
FX cracks Frost with an open hand slap.
Frost with a lazy takedown attempt
and FX makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Mighty Frost. That's going to take a lot out of him.
FX lands a jab to Frost's midsection.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Frost shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with FX but FX pushes him off and we're back to square one.
FX swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
FX connects with a body shot.

Frost doesn't succeed with the takedown
and FX counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Frost falls off balance throwing a combination
and FX counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
FX jabs at Frost's body.
FX lands a nice shot that snaps Frost's head back.
FX digs a good body shot into Frost's ribs.
Frost takes one to the chin there.
FX with a body punch. A glancing blow.
The fighters circle momentarily. FX darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.

Frost is rocked!

Frost fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but FX avoids it really well and circles away.
Oh Frost is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
FX defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Frost.
FX swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Frost seems to have got his legs back now.
FX has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.
Frost shoots in looking for a takedown but FX manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Frost's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Frost shoots in for a takedown but FX shows good takedown defense.
Frost takes a jab right on the kisser.
Frost takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Frost is breathing heavily.
Frost misses with a takedown attempt
and FX counters with a left to the body.
FX connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Good standup being displayed there by FX as he connects with a hook.
Frost walks straight into a right hand from FX - that's dropped him! FX jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Frost from any more punishment! Frost complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.

Hong scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
Hong controls the position.

Hong is working to tighten his grip on Barry's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Barry has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Hong is really squeezing tight and eventually Barry passes out! Hong breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!

Stu fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Greeves tried to counter with a leg kick but Stu avoided it.
Stu will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Stu gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
Greeves wants a takedown.
Stu lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage.
Stu prevents Greeves from breaking the clinch.
Stu tries to pull guard but Greeves holds him up against the cage and eventually Stu drops back down to his feet.
Tillman Greeves has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Marty Stu.
Stu goes for a takedown in the clinch but Greeves prevents it.

Stu wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Greeves manages to pass to side control.

Greeves drops an elbow to the side of Stu's head.
Greeves is looking to take a break and control but Stu is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Greeves prevents Stu from improving his position.
Greeves moves nicely into side control.
Greeves lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face.
Greeves staying calm.
Stu tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Greeves wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

Greeves works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head.
Stu tries to bench press Greeves off him but Greeves keeps the position.

Greeves lands a few punches from side control.

Greeves has hold of Stu's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Stu seems comfortable defending it but Greeves has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Stu is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Stu is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Greeves couldn't care less - he's delighted!
