The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Blake moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross. Blake shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Four as he jumps to the side. Blake moves into range and connects with a jab. Four steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Blake. That one must have hurt. Four shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Blake pinned against the cage. Blake gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Blake throws a quick counter head kick but Four was just out of range. We've been told by Blake's head coaches at Abobomination Training that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight. Blake wants to clinch. A little jabbing left from Four on the counter but it doesn't find it's target. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Blake looks to land a combination but Four avoids it well. Blake fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Blake misses with a double jab.

Chulainn misses with a takedown attempt letting Blasts counter with a right hand. Blasts catches Chulainn with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong! Chulainn takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.

Blasts kicks Chulainn off and gets back to his feet. Chulainn tries to score a power double leg takedown but Blasts sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Chulainn somewhat. Blasts takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.

And that's the end of the fight! Rupert Blasts comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Blasts has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today.
