The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Vermeulen looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

Bow shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Vermeulen pinned against the cage. Vermeulen gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Bow shoots in and drives through. Vermeulen sprawls well.
Vermeulen is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own.

and Vermeulen counters with a huge left! Bow is in big trouble! He's backing up but Vermeulen isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Bow from any more damage. A dominating finish by Vermeulen!

Randleman shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Smith as he avoids it easily.

Randleman throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Smith's waist but Smith gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Randleman off to one side.
Bubba Smith has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Quinton Randleman.

Smith could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Randleman gets to his feet and stands over Smith, holding his ankles. He dives in with a big left hand that connects! Smith felt that one! Randleman unloads more punches and elbows and this one is over! The ref has dived in to save Smith from any more punishment!

In defeat, Bubba Smith stepped up to the mic, saying 'Tough one to swallow but it's all good we take losses like a fuckin man around here, I'll be in gym tomorrow preparing to get better for my next fight. '.

Ball throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Henry stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Oooooh!!! Ball has knocked Henry down with a huge combo! Ball steps away and waves a wobbly Henry back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

Henry is wiping some vaseline out of his eye. Ball doesn't give a rats ass about fair play and cracks him with a massive hook to the side of the head! Henry crumples to the floor out cold! The cornerman is going to be in Henry's bad books for that mishap!
