As Unit looks to move away, Hillman throws a big counter combo but Unit just gets out of the way.
Unit has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Hillman finds it's way round the side to connect with Unit's head.
Hillman tries to bum rush Unit with a series of wild strikes but Unit uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Hillman throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Unit.
Unit changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt.
Hillman throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.

Undercard bout

Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Vladik Fedotov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Veli Schwarzeneg (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Vladik Fedotov had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 171.4lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Gunnar Jensen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ai Za (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Both fighters are only really looking to counter, so after a good 30 seconds of circling eachother endlessly, the referee has stepped in and told them both to be more aggressive.

Za manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Jensen on his heels. He'll look to pass Jensen's guard now, I'm sure.
Za loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Za throws a big right hand that misses.
Za working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Jensen's head.
