The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Hunt closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Griffin did well to prevent Hunt getting side control.
Hunt prevents Griffin from improving his position.
Hunt seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
Hunt is nestled in close to Griffin, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

It looks like Brian Griffin has been cut.

Pu keeps the fight on the outside.
Pu was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Nixon listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
Nixon throws a hook but Pu avoids it easily.
Pu misses the jab.
Pu defending well as Nixon loads up on a big left hand.

Donk. Pu catches Nixon right on the button with a cross.

It looks like Richard Nixon has been cut.

Nixon takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.

Nixon uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Pu.
Nixon looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.

Oooooh!!! Nixon has knocked Pu down with a huge combo! Nixon steps away and waves a wobbly Pu back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
Nixon has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Nixon finds Pu's off switch, with a big overhand right that connects perfectly to the side of the head! Pu flops back against the cage, eyes gazing into the distance. Nixon lands an unnecessary shot before the referee has time to step in and end the fight. Brutal stuff but I'm sure Pu will be OK.
