Tyler tries to score a power double leg takedown but Correira sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Tyler somewhat.

Correira drops Tyler with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Tyler looks back up at him and smiles so Correira waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Correira seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Correira finds Tyler's off switch, with a big overhand right that connects perfectly to the side of the head! Tyler flops back against the cage, eyes gazing into the distance. Correira lands an unnecessary shot before the referee has time to step in and end the fight. Brutal stuff but I'm sure Tyler will be OK.

Spijkers looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!

Backslash creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Spijkers sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.

Backslash is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Spijkers is trying to escape and Backslash transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Spijkers is forced to tap! Nice work there by Backslash! Very nice indeed!

Takagi displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Citybus.
Citybus tries a head kick but it misses.
The crowd cheers as Takagi lands an impressive looking overhand right. Citybus doesn't seem phased though.

Takagi postures up from his opponent's guard, before exploding into some vicious ground and pound! Citybus covers up, he's hurt! Takagi keeps throwing the strikes, glancing at the referee... Will he stop it?? One more big shot from Takagi and the ref steps in to end the fight! Takagi can't hide his delight as he celebrates with his corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Perry slips a jab and a cross from Green.
It looked like Perry wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Green takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Perry circles away from the clinch attempt
and Perry counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Green thinking.
Green uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Perry.
Green misses the shot to the body.
It looked like Perry was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Green.

Perry is looking for a counter combo.

Green has taken the fight to the clinch.
Green lands a right hand that snaps the head of Perry backwards.
