The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Brown has closed the distance and engaged Austin in a clinch.
Brown tries to throw a body punch but Austin avoids it by throwing Brown back against the cage. Brown pushes Austin back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head. Brown misses with a hook from the clinch. Austin jumps into guard, dragging Brown to the mat.
Brown is stalling in the full guard. Brown pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Austin is keeping the position for now. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Austin looking to hit a scissor sweep but Brown is one step ahead there. Brown has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

After the fight, Charlie Brown was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A jab lands there for Gabonamong. Gabonamong lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
It looks like Boon Wrecking Ball has been cut. Wrecking Ball loads up on a big right hand but Gabonamong slips the punch. Wrecking Ball moves forwards but Gabonamong connects with a nice, crisp jab. Wrecking Ball on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. Gabonamong cracks Wrecking Ball with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Wrecking Ball looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Gabonamong finish him?
Wrecking Ball is rocked! The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Wrecking Ball gets tagged by a hook that puts him to sleep! Gabonamong points and yells something to his unconcious foe before strutting off. Wrecking Ball wakes up just in time to hear Gabonamong thank his coaches in the post fight interview.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! James has Suvorov up against the cage in a clinch.
Suvorov swings away with an uppercut that misses.
James's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. James shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Suvorov napping and manages to drive through into side control! James working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. James is trying to ground and pound but Suvorov uses the momentary lack of control by James to regain half guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Suvorov wants to get back to full guard but James has mounted him! James has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Suvorov tries to hold on but James pushes him away.
That's one minute gone in the round. Suvorov is in a bad position, trying to hold on for dear life but he is really struggling to maintain any sort of control. James controlling the pace for now. Suvorov is squirming around, avoiding James's attempts to control the action. James content just to control the position here.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. James unloading with bombs! James throwing shots from mount but they're not landing. James controlling the position easily from mount. James trying to control but Suvorov is having none of it. Suvorov keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
James is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Suvorov is surviving well by controlling James's body position as best he can.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Suvorov wants to control but James is having none of it. Suvorov is squirming around, avoiding James's attempts to control the action. James looking to ground and pound but Suvorov is blocking nicely.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. James cracks Suvorov with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Suvorov wants to control but James is having none of it. Suvorov keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
James landing punches. Suvorov defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from James. James goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Suvorov is on top in guard.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Suvorov postures up in James's guard and throws a big left but James blocks it. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Trott throws a series of punches but Smiff avoids them all with ease. Trott gets off balance looking for a body kick so Smiff counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. Trott utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Smiff stopping the sweep attempt from Trott. Trott avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Smiff wants to pass the guard but Trott is keeping the position. Smiff throwing strikes but missing. Smiff drops back, looking for a kneebar! Trott looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Trott looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Trott!
