Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Tim Hansen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bang Pitung (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Hansen might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to AC/DC - Big Gun. The crowd seem to be enjoying Pitung's choice of entrance music: NTRL - Sakit Jiwa. Bang Pitung has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Bang Pitung! The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Alec Ball and Yves DeLean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hansen lands a jab-cross combination. Pitung avoids a punch combination nicely.
Hansen misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Hansen displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Pitung throws out the jab. Pitung gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Tim Hansen seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Hansen looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it. Hansen swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Hansen throws a front kick that sends Pitung stumbling back into the cage. Hansen lands with a nice combination. Pitung backs away looking to recover. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Hansen swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Pitung swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Hansen goes for a high kick. It partially lands. Hansen throws a right and a left that both miss. A punch combination from Hansen misses. Hansen throws a shot from downtown. Pitung moves away and avoids it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hansen throws a nice looking combination but Pitung bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Hansen misses with a double jab
and Pitung counters with a nice body shot. Hansen fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Hansen moves away from the strike by Pitung. Pitung throws a looping overhand right but Hansen ducks down to avoid it. It looked like Hansen was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit. Hansen takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards. Hansen swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Hansen throws a right hand that Pitung ducks under and follows up with a left that Pitung also avoids with ease. Hansen falls off balance throwing a combination
and Pitung finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body. The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Pitung checks a leg kick. Pitung appears to be waiting to throw a counter punch to the body. Hansen throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Hansen throws a lazy right hand but Pitung sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Pitung scores with a shot to the body.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Hansen moves out of range as Pitung throws a body kick.
This has been an exciting period of action! Hansen swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Pitung counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Hansen thinking. A head kick misses from Hansen. Hansen misses with a series of wild punches.
Hansen is breathing heavily. Hansen throws a sloppy head kick and Pitung moves out of range easily. Hansen closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so. Pitung blocks a head kick by Hansen.
Hansen lands a head kick!
Hansen works the jab nicely. Pitung's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Pitung duly obliges. Hansen lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Pitung circles away quickly and effectively. Pitung dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Pitung tests Hansen's chin there with a solid looking shot.
That's three minutes gone in the round. A low kick from Hansen is predictable there and Pitung counters with a body kick that stops Hansen in his tracks momentarily. Pitung scores with a nice head shot.
Hansen is rocked! A low kick from Hansen misses and Pitung rattles Hansen with a well-timed uppercut counter. - Hansen tries to back away and recover but his hands are down low and he gets tagged again, sending him stumbling down to the canvas. Pitung dives in after him and quickly finishes the job with a trio of brutal punches, leaving Hansen stiff and motionless on the mat!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:18 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Bang Pitung! A very excited looking Bang Pitung made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Axelsson pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Za tries to counter with a takedown but Axelsson is quick to defend against it. Axelsson manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Za on his heels. He'll look to pass Za's guard now, I'm sure. Za looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Za is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Axelsson got a little sloppy there for a moment and Za has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Axelsson has managed to get both his arms back between Za's legs - danger averted. Za working for a triangle but Axelsson defends it easily.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Axelsson is sitting in close to Za's body. Za has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Axelsson is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Axelsson is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Za.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Deux finds himself stumbling back on wobbly legs after being clipped by a right hand. He's up against the cage, ducking and weaving under Anstey's strikes but an uppercut finds it's way through and Deux falls! - He's completely out of it and the ref jumps in to save him!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:05 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Bunny Anstey! Bunny Anstey is the new heavyweight champion! Bunny Anstey very nearly forgot to thank My$tic Clothing ~ (`10%Laundry`) amongst all the excitement of his win but just as the interview came to a close, he screamed their name. Hopefully he'll get a few nice freebies in the mail as a thank you. In defeat, Numero Deux stepped up to the mic, saying 'Tell me when the fire dies down... What the F will you do?!?!'.
