1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Hector Norwood! The judges for this bout are Ivan Kurochkin, Konstantin Menshow and Vladimir Khabensky.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Norwood keeps the fight on the outside. Norwood is looking for the big counter here. Kids rushes Norwood and presses him up against the cage. The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Kids takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life. Norwood lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage. Kids blocks an uppercut.
Norwood tries to work over Kids's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target. Norwood has a couple of punches blocked by Kids.
An uppercut to the body lands inside from Norwood. Norwood looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Norwood misses with a hook from the clinch. Kids breaks the clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Norwood looks to land a right hand but Kids moved out of range. Kids misses with a takedown attempt and Norwood counters with a straight right hand. Norwood throws a shot to the body.
Kids slips a straight right by Norwood. Hector Norwood seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Norwood throws the left hand but Kids avoids the punch easily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kids swinging wildly here.
Kids tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Norwood paws at him with a jab and circles away. Norwood fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Norwood scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Kids doesn't seem bothered though. This fight brought to you by 5M nutrition - it's mmmmm tasty. Nice jab by Norwood. Norwood lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin. Kids tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Kids shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Norwood cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. A jab from Norwood does it's job there. Kids closes the distance and clinches. Norwood lands an uppercut. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Kids drags the fight down to the ground.
Norwood throws a sloppy strike and Kids has hooked up an armbar on the loose arm! He's turned and extended fully! Norwood is forced to tap! Great BJJ from Kids!

5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Sam Thomas! The judges for this bout are Fedor Mirinova, Ivan Kurochkin and Vladimir Khabensky.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Thomas shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Fem pinned against the cage. Fem gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Fem connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Thomas's hands. Fem looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Fem with a body punch. A glancing blow. Sam Thomas seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Fem lands a left and a right that send Thomas crashing to the mat, dazed. Fem thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Thomas is rocked! Fem takes a head kick and keeps coming.
This has been an exciting period of action! Fem circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops Thomas to the canvas! Thomas doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - Fem keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Concen scores with a takedown into Santiago's guard. Concen controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Santiago has his foot on Concen's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Concen works his way back into a safe position though. Concen wants to stand but Santiago is controlling his posture from full guard. Santiago might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Concen decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Santiago, up you get! Santiago looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Concen tries to clinch up.
That's one minute gone in the round. Santiago with a lazy takedown attempt and Concen counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Concen. Santiago lands a nice trip takedown into half guard.

Concen makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Concen. Santiago wants to control from the top but Concen keeps moving. Santiago won't allow Concen to get back to his feet.

Santiago is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Concen is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Concen has escaped and now he's on top! Concen engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Santiago looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Concen wants to get up but he can't break Santiago's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. Santiago escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Concen gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Concen wants to stand and escape but instead Santiago has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard. Santiago postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Concen tries to land a sweep but no joy.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Santiago stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Concen swivels though and keeps the full guard. Santiago postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Concen is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Santiago, into his guard.

Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Concen wants to stand and escape but instead Santiago has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.

That was a close round but I would say that Marcelo Santiago will probably get the nod. That's time! Back to the action!
Santiago shoots in and drives through. Concen sprawls well. Santiago fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Concen to the ground. Santiago is now in Concen's guard. Santiago wants to pass the guard but Concen is keeping the position. Santiago trying to control the position from guard on top but Concen is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Santiago prevents Concen from getting back to his feet. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Concen has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall. Santiago prevents Concen from getting back to his feet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Santiago slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Santiago is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Concen has escaped the position, nice work there. Concen felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it. Santiago wants to take a breather but Concen manages to regain guard - a lesson learnt for Santiago. Concen is adopting a defensive guard. Let's hope that Concen has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Santiago looking to sit in guard and control but Concen gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Concen is stalling in the full guard. Concen wanted to stand there but Santiago had control of the position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Concen got a little sloppy there for a moment and Santiago has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Concen has managed to get both his arms back between Santiago's legs - danger averted. Concen would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Santiago looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Concen engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. Marcelo Santiago overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity. Santiago gets tackled into the cage by Concen. Concen maintains the clinch. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Concen breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Concen tries to close the distance and clinch up but Santiago swats him away and circles back towards the center. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close second round but Victor Concen will probably get the nod - 10:9. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round!

Santiago manages to get one leg in to regain half guard. Concen slows the pace down in half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Concen gets to his feet - back to striking we go! Santiago darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Santiago is looking for a kimura here.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Concen is doing well to control the position and prevent Santiago from advancing to side control. Concen is refusing to be controlled, as Santiago sits in half guard. Santiago looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Concen makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Concen. Santiago throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Concen is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Concen wants to sweep here but Santiago controlling him for the moment.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Santiago trying to control but Concen is working from the bottom. Concen managing to control the position.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. Concen closes the distance and clinches. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Concen takes a shot to the head. A short right hand to the side of the head by Concen.
And that's the end of the fight! Victor Concen comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Concen has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Robinson displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Carlin. Robinson lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected. Carlin misses with a takedown attempt and Robinson counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for George Carlin. That's going to take a lot out of him. Robinson works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance. Carlin has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him. Carlin shoots in for a double leg but Robinson sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Carlin shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Robinson but Robinson pushes him off and we're back to square one. Robinson ducks down and throws a hook to the body. Carlin shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Robinson sprawls well. Robinson wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Carlin gets slowly back to his feet. And an attempted straight right on the counter from Robinson! But no joy.

Carlin tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Robinson defends well and Carlin ends up having to push Robinson into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. Carlin shoots in looking for a takedown. Robinson tries to sprawl out of it but Carlin keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Robinson manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Carlin tries for a takedown but Robinson circles away easily and Robinson counters with a nice body shot. A jab lands there for Robinson. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Carlin is defended easily by Robinson. Carlin changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Robinson tries to avoid it but Carlin manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Robinson to the ground. Robinson escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Robinson is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Carlin with a body shot.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Carlin takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. Carlin takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor. Carlin shoots for a double leg takedown but Robinson sprawls well. He's pushed Carlin's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Robinson looks like he wants to counter punch here. Robinson connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Carlin momentarily.
Carlin shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Robinson counters with a straight right hand. Carlin is breathing heavily. Robinson getting the better of the striking in that exchange. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Carlin. We've been told by Carlin's head coaches at Kalashnikov MMA Gym that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight. Carlin looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Robinson is fending him off so far but Carlin persists. Nope, Robinson circles away and we're back to standing. David Robinson is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Carlin misses with a takedown attempt and Robinson counters with a nice uppercut. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
David Robinson dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Robinson avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Carlin passes easily into side control. Nice work. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Carlin in side control, trying to ground and pound but not landing this time. Carlin throws an elbow but Robinson slips to the side and avoids it well. Carlin throws a strike aimed at the side of Robinson's head but Robinson avoids it well. Carlin misses with an attempted head punch from side control. Robinson really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Carlin. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Carlin lands a decent elbow from side control. Robinson is breathing heavily. Carlin fails to land a wild elbow strike.

Carlin in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows. Carlin lands a strong strike to the head of Robinson. That's dazed him! Carlin looking to finish here. Robinson is waving his arms around trying to block but he's hurt badly - Carlin lands more strikes and the referee steps in to end the fight!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Daebak checks a leg kick. Daebak thumps Malcoms with a low kick. Malcoms digs a good body shot into Daebak's ribs. Daebak throws the kick towards the body but Malcoms avoids it. Malcoms is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Daebak. We've been told by Malcoms 's head coaches at Liverpools Red Tri-Angle MMA & Fitness that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight. A chopping leg kick lands by Daebak. Daebak tries to land a front kick but Malcoms steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed. Daebak chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Daebak's coach down at Scotty's Yard was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Daebak's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight. Daebak scoring well with a low kick there.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Araujo punishes Larratt's body with a nice straight punch. Araujo connects with a body shot that sends Larratt's belly button to the back. Araujo just misses with a punch to the body.
Larratt has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. Araujo misses with a body shot.
