The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cooper walks into a big right hand from Smith and goes down! The referee sends Smith to a neutral corner as Cooper gets back to his feet. He looks OK so we're back under way.
It looks like Aaron Cooper has been cut.
Cooper slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Cooper misses the jab.
A looping hook to the body misses from Smith. Cooper does a little dance to reset his feet.
As Smith backs away, Cooper returns fire with a leg kick that just misses.
Cooper looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
