0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Nathan Fitzgerald! The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Trevor Gratis and Dillan Fox.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lamont closes this distance looking for a takedown but Fitzgerald circles away. Lamont changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Fitzgerald tries to avoid it but Lamont manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Fitzgerald to the ground. Fitzgerald escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Lamont throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Fitzgerald's waist but Fitzgerald gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Lamont off to one side. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Emilie Lamont. That's going to take a lot out of him. Horrible takedown by Fitzgerald or perhaps it was just good defense by Lamont which made him look bad. Lamont tries for a takedown but Fitzgerald circles away easily and Fitzgerald counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work. Lamont has his takedown stuffed and Fitzgerald counters with a left and a right that stings Lamont. Lamont with a lazy takedown attempt and Fitzgerald counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Lamont's guard now. Lamont is breathing heavily. Lamont pulls Fitzgerald in close to his closed guard and prevents Fitzgerald from doing any damage or advancing position. Fitzgerald with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. Fitzgerald thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Fitzgerald wanted to stand there but Lamont had control of the position. Lamont is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Lamont on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Lamont tries to get out of the position.

He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched. Fitzgerald wants to break free but Lamont has control.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Fitzgerald wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Lamont lands a takedown into guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Lamont stays in close to Fitzgerald's body and controls the position. Fitzgerald wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Lamont manages to pass to side control. Fitzgerald pushes Lamont off looking to stand but Lamont dives back in and keeps control.

Lamont is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lee gets a takedown into half guard. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Lee in particular looking to stall. Sims wants to control but Lee is keeping busy.
Lee will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Sims looking for submissions off his back. Lee frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Lee content just to control the position here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lee can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Sims is looking to escape. Lee tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Sims tries to hold on but Lee postures up. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Sims is trying to get to the cage to help him get back to his feet.
Sims wants to hold on but Lee pushes him away. Lee really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Lee controlling the pace for now.

It looks like Adam Wolf has been cut. Hart throws a jab but it's blocked by Wolf. Wolf plants his feet and lands a nice head kick! Hart fails to land with a series of punches.
The fight stays on the outside here - Hart looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Hart misses with an uppercut. Wolf shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Hart is looking to stand up but Wolf isn't so interested in that idea. Wolf is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Hart on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Hart tries to get out of the position. Wolf stands and steps away. Hart knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Wolf on the ground. Wolf working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Hart. Wolf has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Wolf is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control. Hart has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Hammerfist, elbow! yells Hart's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
That has opened up Adam Wolf's cut even more. Hart is sitting in close to Wolf's body. Wolf has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Hart is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Hart is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Wolf.

If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Silva is trying to control the position but Dalton postures up. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Dalton is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Silva's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Silva's back! Dalton controlling well, preventing Silva from escaping the position.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Reynolds has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from McFisticuffs finds it's way round the side to connect with Reynolds's head. Reynolds scores with a takedown into McFisticuffs's guard. McFisticuffs working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Reynolds doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Reynolds manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Both fighters are breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Reynolds stands up and waves to McFisticuffs to follow him. McFisticuffs tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Reynolds shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it. McFisticuffs wants to clinch. Reynolds takes one to the side of the head.
Reynolds is rocked! McFisticuffs throws an overhand right that has Reynolds reeling! McFisticuffs follows up with a more punches and Reynolds is out cold! This one is all over!
